Very nice staff and clean post office. I went in and there was a decent line, but it went by quickly. The employees were super nice and postmarked all of my postcards. Parking can get a little tricky, but there are other parking lots nearby if it’s busy.

You can't access your box past 7pm as the place gets locked down due to annoying vagrants.
The zip code for this PO is 96733. Its an old facility with deteriorating hardware (our box once had permanent marker numbers written on it, courtesy of yours truly) and the tiniest yet busiest parking lot on the rock. Be ready to circle and circle for a spot during the day. There are no stamp vending machines, automated scales or shipping options in the general area. Its one of the few PO's with an air conditioned box area. Their rental prices are less than Wailuku, which is one of the reasons why we made the switch, even if it's farther from our home.
Service is generally quick and friendly.
Coming here after the main office closes affords plentiful parking.

We came in to renew our passports and, although we weren’t able to complete the process today, Tiare went above and beyond to help us. She thoroughly explained everything we needed, booked an appointment for us at a later date, and even provided an extra application in case we made any mistakes. She was incredibly friendly and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks, Tiare!

I went in without an appointment to renew my passport. I had already stopped at Walgreens for my passport photo. The USPS staff were so incredibly helpful and nice, and double checked to be sure I had done everything correctly.

Convention location for a quick drop off of postcards home. Limited services if you need a postal staff member. There are scales ti weigh packages and some self service options for smaller packages. There are post office boxes available here as well.

I have given your service 5 stars because I know it's not easy, but I'm disappointed in the delivery service.Mail carrier's know where to put my boxes if it can't fit in the mailbox, so why did he/she take it back to the post office?Some of us work and can't make to the Post office to pick up our mail. Now my packages have been sent back to the sender. Y'all need to get your act together.

This is the best Post Office I have been to on Maui. The are very nice efficient always have plenty of help. Lines move quickly.

Quick stop at this post office for a book of stamps. Friendly staff at counter, fairly quick service on a Saturday morning.
Approx 20 parking spots in an one-way (single direction) parking lot. Cars are constantly moving in and out so the wait for a spot is not very long.

I don't understand the bad reviews, like they're entitled. This is not a 5 star hotel so chill.All the employees here were extremely helpful and do great at what they do, to take care of your packages. I'm always coming in to retrieve packages as I have a PO box here, and they're always courteous to me. And I'm from the mainland. So before you think you need to give a bad review because you want to be treated like a lord, maybe you need to treat them with respect.And there's always open parking spaces, unless I've been getting lucky the last 15 times I've been here.
