Valley isle motors had my car for 3 1/2 months could not fix it so I had it towed to another shop. That shop fixed it in 42 days. However there was more damage that needed to be done under warranty. So it went back to Valley isle motors . They had it another 6 1/2 months when I finally went and got it. I refused to pay them for the repairs since they did not fix it properly. They took me to court I when they have now appealed. They have an in-house counsel, so it doesn't matter what it cost for them to fight. They have some the same to many, many consumers. Their actions are wrong. Jim Falk refuses to stand behind their service issues and their warrantees. DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM JIM FALK. They are all about taking your money for the sale And not taking care of their customers after! APPEALING A $12K award that was given to a senior citizen. Disgusting!!

I live in Oahu and they make it so effortlessly easy to make a purchase with good prices. Picking up the vehicle and even trading in my current car was done with efficiency and professionalism! Mahalo Danny and to also the rest of the sales and finance team! Maui No Ka Oi!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. The GM Matt Hicks and service department are scammers. I took my truck in after Ford issued a recall on it. I read the code at home and it came back fitting the recall. Took it to the dealership, they kept it for over 24 hours just to read the code and tell me it doesn't fit the recall. They then charged me $280. $280 just to read a code for a recall that Ford issued. Believe the other reviews and avoid this dealership.

My first time buying a used car from a dealership and it was such a terrible experience here at Valley Isle. The sales person lacked clear communication and was very dishonest. They only care about getting paid and not customer service. The next day after purchasing I had problems with the transmission and they wouldn't identify the problem or help me at the dealership. They also promised a part upon purchasing that I never received after many calls to follow up. Don't make the same mistake I did coming to this place.

Lorna in the parts department at Jim Falk Mazda provided us incredible customer service. Our Mazda CX 9 needed a door cylinder lock replaced and Lorna helped us to get that done: She ordered & tracked the needed parts keeping us informed through the whole process. When the parts arrived she facilitated the appointment & work by the locksmith and the installer. Everything's complete and we're a couple of happy customers, thanks to Lorena At Jim Falk Mazda!

Avoid! Ordered a Lightning two years s ago. Built a conservative entry level version. Tracked through the assembly process and received updates and a picture when it rolled off the line. Dealt with Ford motor company until the last minute when jim Falk swept in because I'm on Moloka'i, I guess. They added 35% markup, $19,000 to my agreed price because they think they can get more money. I bought a used vehicle from these guys last year. Never doing business with Valley Isle motors and their Boston sales manager again. These guys keep trying to blame Ford for THEM marking up the car 35%. Terrible sales experience. I'll never return.

an absolutely shady dealer. my friend reserved her bronco two years back and this dealership wants 13k mark up. Where is the line between greed and capitalism? she was excited and waited 2 years only to be price gouged and having to complain to ford. many dealers on mainland will deliver for sticker and she may end up bringing one from there.

part 1) #ValleyIsleMotors has no business ethic - when the new Bronco was announced I immediately placed my reservation and eventually order my vehicle with #Valley-Isle Motors, now after waiting more than SIX months and after my vehicle was built and shipped #Brian Hashimoto ( General Manager ) is telling me that the sales price is going to be $12,995 more than MSRP! When I placed my order Wyatt the sales rep presented me with a build sheet and price of $40,210 and said outdoor would be $40.210 + tags and registration. They obviously are not honoring their price and essentially are trying to steal my reservation so they could sell the Bronco with Vin number 1FMDE5BH2MLA97138 for more! There's something wrong with this business practice. The worst part is that Ford send me a picture of my Vehicle just after being manufactured, Ford is trying to make the customer journey of owning a Ford a fantastic experience but this kind of dealership is having the exact opposite effect on customers. Part 2) as expected, I got a call from #ValleyIsleMotorsGeneral Manager Danny Asao who seem upset about my review, and instead of honoring the MSRP I was quoted on the build sheet, see images, he insisted that the ~+$12K was below market value. and that my social media feedback would have repercussions., " we live on a small island"! What general manager talks to a customer like that! Everyone who is thinking of buying a vehicle I highly recommend after my experience with this management team that you buy it off-island and ship it to Maui. If you are thinking of buying an F150 Lightning you should join the Facebook group for lighting owners where you will find a list of dealers committed to selling at MSRP

The first time I went to VIM I Had negative experience. When I saw the car I wanted I just lucked out when Dustin K was the salesman to help me in purchasing a Ford bronco. He's young but very smart. He knew about the car. He was friendly and helpful. He's been nothing but continued service. If you go in to VIM ask for Dustin. Some of the other salesmen suck but Dustin is a head above. I'd only buy from him again and again.

Completely enjoyed the process of buying a new truck at Valley Isle Motors. Found the greatest F-350 SuperDuty truck at a very good price...especially during these times when there's a shortage on getting vehicles. Dustin Kawakami + Robert Fox + Fleet Manager/Mike were wonderful and helpful. Highly recommend !!!

I have a warranty repair on one of our service vans. They had the van for 3 weeks "waiting for a teardown bay to open up". We went and got it with the understanding that James would call when the bay opened up. Here it is 3 weeks later and still no call. Terrible to think that we have a fleet of Fords that we cannot get repaired. Makes me want to switch to Toyota.

Well in 40 years this is the worst experience I've ever had with the car dealership Ford should not allow the service department represent their product. Two months later to fix my truck that was in a very minor car accident is absolutely most ridiculous .. Zero confidence in this dealership I am making a complaint to the Ford dealership.,

My car had to stay over night to get everything done. The next day I was unable to get to that side of the island to get my car. It had to be the following day. Not only was that ok with James in the service department, but he had my car washed and pretty when I did pick it up. Thank you for the excellent service!

Sales person ( Alex) was totally unreliable. Whole staff was unfriendly and made me feel like the sale would take place when they felt like it. I told the sales person when I arrived I'd pay MSRP no more or no less no problem. It took two visits and about 2 hours of my time to find out he wanted $5000 over MSRP. As I left he said you just want some number that is good for you.

Dustin was great in sales Department. Finance department tried to fleece me with signature for $2000 more than I agreed to. Inspect every # when signing papers. Sleezy finance guy
