We filled out prescription there despite the bad reviews. The woman assisting us was great. She even suggested that she might be able to find us a coupon. We were paying out of pocket after losing a prescription and ended up paying a third of the original price. We were there on a Monday. There was no line, and we were in and out in 15 minutes. Five stars for sure.

The pharmacy is not friendly. This is my second time there
But what was really annoying is I got an automated call saying my prescription was ready and go to pick it up and the pharmacy is closed between 1:30 and 2:00 for lunch and I think that they should give people a heads up about that
I'm on a knee scooter so that doesn't help and I got there at 1:29 so very frustrating

The staff of the pharmacy was inconsiderate and incompetent. Told me to wait for a prescription for 10 minutes, and I left 30 minutes later without my prescription filled. My attempts to get an update ended in them yelling at me. They even called a manager to “deal” with me, and the manager never showed up. Pathetic.

I ordered 2 liquid foundation on the app and was able to get the offered discount PLUS coupons (clip on app) it went from buy 1, get 1 50% off to buy 1, get 1 free (also includes: -$8 coupon & -$3 coupon)!!!! I did the pickup option and was able to use the drive-thru!!
10 out of 10 recommend!!

Don't ever do online orders with this destination. Over 2 hours past the time that was supposed to be done and still waiting. Store is not busy but needed to remind them of my unfinished order

We moved our prescriptions to the maui Lani location cause this place is surrounded by bums and vagrants and the pharmacy people r not nice. Completely different at the other location

Omg this worst experience i had today at Walgreens cashier name April she sighing because she didnt want do something or void and ring back up she had the worst attitude and I’m a cashier myself I don’t do that my customers like that she act like she didn’t want to be working if she doesn’t like doing her job she shouldn’t even be not working she needs to be written up

I can't think of anywhere I've ever shopped where the service is so bad. I have a lot of respect for employees who are smart enough to not take their jobs seriously, but these people take it to another level. The degree of nonsense I have to deal with every time I come inside is ummatched by any other store on Maui. These employees don't listen to anyone, actively ignore everyone, and make every interaction here feel like I'm on some kind of secret camera for a YouTube channel that tests strangers' patience.

The woman who was working the pharmacy on 11.3.23 at 8:30am is beyond rude. Because of her, I will have my prescriptions filled with another pharmacy; I refuse to do business with someone like that. She lacks professionalism and does not seem to be a people person.

..I went to Kahului walgreens 10-24-2023 time check was 6:45-650pm..No hello or welcome to Walgreens there was one pilipino lady and 2 local lady working..I need a photo for a passport and I was waiting so my fiance look for a workers and there was 3 of them and guess what they told my fiance nobody can do it just come back tomorrow and I was very disappointed..I told the cashier so no one can do it and you want us to come back tomorrow and the local lady was like you should understand we're short staff so I said I understand..So I told them are you guys for real or really you guys want us to come back tomorrow if I'm already here and I told them I will call the store manager but nobody was answering the phone..Never go to Kahului so unfriendly worker and no customer service at all..
