Nicely laid out store , prices average not too expensive . Went in this morning very slow service , I brought a few hats but Guy on till was having transaction issues with a lady in front had to wait at least 10 mins to be served whilst other colleagues just wondered around .No apologies !! Otherwise nice store .Cheers Shaun.

I walked into Zumies today to get a new setup after a year of not skating and I really appreciated Tai. He's always greeting and tending to customers needs. I would definetly recommend anyone to stop by this shop.

Cool store and nice people. It's rare to walk into a retail store and see only males. We came in to get a Jacket for our daughters boyfriend. We found another jacket at a good price for our son. In the midst of him trying the jacket on, we saw a long string hanging from the hood, I went to pull it off but saw something silver in the mesh of the hood. It turns out to be a sewing needle with thread attached. We gave it to the worker who then gave it and talked to the manager. The worker came back to tell us they felt bad that they didn't catch that and wanted to give us a discount, we let them know it wasn't their fault, the discount was not necessary as no one was injured. We went to the counter and the cashier, without us knowing punched in the discount. This was a great gesture but not necessary.
