Dakota was very helpful in explaining the various Samsung s25 models, when my five year old s20 suddenly stopped working. She also set up the phone for me and downloading info from my old phone. I was very satisfied with her knowledge and helpfulness. Very professional.

Arguably the most efficient AT&t store I've ever been in when I walked in, this time, I was the only customer .
They of course served me right away ,but they were cleaning.
They weren't sitting around on their phones. They were cleaning they were wiping stuff down it wasn't first thing in the morning like clean when you come in it was middle of the day and they were cleaning.
the kiosk was down so I got personal assistance
they were cleaning give them a raise
