Today I went to Bath and body Works. though I am a loyal customer of bath and body works today I was a little bit surprised and shocked. they greeted me very nicely because there was a sale going on. It was black Friday I decided to get some stuff because it was 3 for 3 I went to go check out. The lady came on a bit strong by yelling at us. but at the beginning they had a thing going on if you spent more than $40 then you got a free bag or at least we thought it was free. and when we checked out she didn't even give us our three things free. We were very mad though I don't have the receipt. I hope she gave us the 343. I spent more than $40 today. I asked her if I could get the bag with all the stuff in it, she said it's going to be $41 a little shocked I asked her if it was free she said no it's a purchase in purchase I was very confused and said it's fine I don't need it me already spending more than $40 to buy things for my family but when we got in line, there was a lady she saw that we only had two things and told us to go back and get more. we were a little confused because it was our purchase and not hers being very confused at the moment she said it's a purchase in purchase I was a little bit shocked and disheartened because in the beginning they said that the bag was free if you spent more than $40 and we did we spent $48 buying a things I thought that she did not give us the three for three but I realized that because she charged us for the most expensive items I thought it was going to be for the least expensive and that might be a bad part on my half, though I would still like to say Bath and body Works is a great shop to shop at. I was very confused and hurt by this clerk, who checked us out and the man who told us it was free but anyways we still like Bath and body Works.

The overwhelming strong scents prevent me from coming in here. It’s overbearing. Also, the products are not the cleanest ingredient wise.

Loved the shop, the smell, the staff and the products. They do what you want them to and more. The only downside is price which is more than acceptable for the products.

Kona Bath&Body works love it! Appreciate it being a storefront business than having to go in a mall!! Staff friendly & informed on new Fall scents Will return when visiting Kona.

This location has friendly employees. It's clean and nice like most bath and body works locations, but we like to frequent this store because the people who work here are helpful.

Friendly staff, very helpful giving coupons, advise, and discounts. Great products. The only unfortunate part is once you find a scent you really like they discontinue it.
