Didn't even get account open and already not wanting to bank here. Called customer service to ask questions about opening an account. Last question was what do I need to do or bring to open account? Came in next day to open with all docs I needed only to find out I needed an appointment to open an account. Then teller tells me she can make one for me 1 week out. Seriously? Why didn't your customer service tell me this? Anyhoo, I'll make an appt and update as I see fit.

Very well run, awesome bank manager Brandon always takes the time to make sure his customers are taken care of. The staff is so excellent they treat everyone with care and the utmost respect. This is by far the best bank on the island.

When Bonnie and Tom were there It was a great bank. I’ve been banking with them for 30 years plus and with this new manager I will be moving all of my accounts very soon. I do not appreciate questions and accusations he makes when I’m trying to do my banking.

Was not informed when i opened the account that they take out $3 every month to pay for statements that i never asked to recieve. Opened the account with $8 and never used it once. Then i got a letter in the mail 6 months later saying my account overdrafted and was left unpaid so they sent it to collections and i just found out. Very poor customer service, i would not recommend this bank to anyone!

Charges dormancy fees, which wasn't communicated when I opened the account. Why? None of my other banks do this, and it's hard to comprehend how it's a problem for the account to have a static balance. I closed it and took my money elsewhere
