Yesterday I arrived at Cricket and needed another phone fast. Deana hooked me up with a phone and a plan in under 15 min. What's up with Cricket? How do they obtain such a stellar staff? I will be back.Thank you Deana!!

The store manager is super rude, been there with various customers to help them pay there bill , buy a phone and translate and every time she’s very mean to us. my brother in law got sent to Walmart instead to buy a phone ? Does she not want to make a sale I’m so confused . Not professional not sure if she’s like this to everyone or just us Hispanics but I speaking for the community must say we barley even want to come in there anymore . Thank god a new friendly woman started at least she try’s to help in anyway she can and smiles and doesn’t send us to Walmart instead please cricket this shouldn’t be happening.

I recently purchased a phone for an employee and Kiera was was my customer service person. In these modern times with so many young people NOT willing to work, Kieran is a true diamond in the rough..not only was she extremely knowledgeable about all products, but she is also hilarious. She made my day. I'm a new business owner here in Kailua kona, you can bet I'LL BE LOOKING TO RECRUIT HER IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE.Thank you cricket! She is golden.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Quick service. Store is in a convenient location near Walmart. Cricket offers good plans for international travelers who want a local number for a short time.

I purchased a phone, and went to return the phone within the 7 days buying it, and they said I couldn't return it. So I lost all the money from them refusing to accept my return. If you buy from them be prepared to not be able to return things.

We have used Cricket Wireless for several years and have been happy with their service. Today, for the third time I stopped at the Cricket store in Kailua Kona to purchase a new phone. I was greeted by Cody as we entered the store. He was wonderful, patient and kind to this very senior citizen. He advised me on a good choice for my needs and restored my old phone onto the new phone and gave me instructions on it use. Cody was working alone in the store and he was busy as other customers came in. He did a fantastic job of meeting my needs and working other customers in. Cricket should be very proud to employee this fine young man. A huge mahalo to Cody!

The employees are always helpfull whenever i come in to pay my phone bill. They are always informative on the questions you ask them. They would also suggest things if you are unsure of anything. So if you are tired of being on a contract. Go to cricket wireless. They have everything you need as well the answers to your questions.

The store was lacking in phone selection at the time, but the person who was helping us was great !! Took our name and number and said he'd contact us when the shipment came in on Wednesday.....hoping that the other people working there will be as helpful just in case he's not there............to be completed/continued..........
