We have worked with Tyler and Diandra on MANY projects of ours... they have never failed to do it all with excellence, with stellar time efficiency, with enormous patience for our areas of ignorance, and with true care; as if it was their own. I cannot speak highly enough about this company, from the top down! Their integrity and incredible values certainly lead out their amazing and quality work!

I worked for Tyler during the pandemic. I flew from Oregon to Hawaii to frame a custom home for him as the lead Framer/carpenter (34 years building experience and a general contractor). I was not treated with respect and was subjected to ego challenges, severely injured myself on the job and sought no compensation and kept working. He was rarely on the job and left the project in the hands of a tragically under qualified superintendent and very experience deficient crew. I learned through the 4 months I spent building this house that Tyler cheated on his contractors license experience certificates, cheated on the “west Hawaii's” reviews and in general has faked it to make it and it shows to someone qualified to critique. Support local builders and local families. This is a contractor who preaches teamwork yet pockets all the trophies and you can see this on their facebook page as there isn’t a single shout out to the boys that actually do the work. I give this guy a big letter D.

Tyler Dickinson built us a stunning house in Kohala Waterfront. We had a steep hill lot which was really challenging. He was awesome to work with, a true problem solver and great communicator.
