I love having my climate control storage unit here. I would prefer talking with Will the manager when dealing with switching and upsizing unit. The staff is very patient but working with Will is a little more reassuring. I feel as if the staff did want to transfer me to Will's number because it was a learning curve for them. I am happy to finally learn about digital access to the gate. I would love to have access to my items 24/7. I mean, if you can pay the company 24/7 you should have access to your stuff 24/7.
