Visited famous footwear this afternoon . There was no customer service or any greeting. There was a young boy who saw us kept walking past us with no help. We walked around the store over and hour and still no customer service. I believe his name was kaimana . The company seriously needs to work on there customer service. The only one I saw was a female helping customers. You guys need some help with staff .

Found a perfect pair of black dress shoe for Kona Cofffee little miss event tomorrow. The clerk refused to sell me the shoes. Because the size was Smudged in the shoe and box size they said did not match. Had to buy 1/2 size to small. Extremely disappointed. I hope to exchange the shoe with the manager Tuesday, or return the shoes. I'm so sad, I should have been allowed to buy the shoes that fit.
