I would highly recommend going to Hank's if you have an auto body repair issue. Hank was professional, honest, totally fair on pricing and gave me options to repair my bumper. Hank saved me money on my repair job and the quality of work was outstanding. If I need work again on my car, I will definitely go back to Hanks.

I would give 10 stars if I could ! Found myself needing to get entire number repaired on my Lexus which has a difficult color to get right . I was worried but I was referred to Hanks auto body and I am so glad I was . The white glove excellent service I receive exceeded my expectations by far ! I was so nervous having to go to a body shop I also had a deadline because I was planning on turning my car in. Right away Hanks easy-going and friendly personality and reassured me that everything was going to be fine .he walked me through The insurance claim process made it super easy even through my insurance paid for it I had Originally planned to pay out of pocket and a quote for cash was very reasonable his prices are extremely fair . it's well worth every penny. Not only did he get my car done before the deadline but he got the color to match he's a perfectionist and wanted it to be perfect. Looks like nothing ever happened. The quality of service is exceptional I would say best on the island hands-down. You cannot go wrong with Hanks Auto Body. Not only is the staff professional and friendly they get the work done and put your mind at ease. I think anytime Anyone is dealing with accidents or damage to the Vehicle it's a stressful time. But That feeling quickly melted away when I knew my car was in good hands. I'd highly recommend Hanks Auto Body

From the first moment I called Hank I felt this was the place. I had called other places but he felt the right one. I felt home and safe right away. And my gut feeling wasn’t wrong!! Someone let their shopping cart run about 150-200 ft down a hill into my 2 week old car leaving a really nasty set of dents in the door. Really, you could have ran that cart down! First went to the fancy looking auto body places near Costco which do a good job at making you feel like a j*** and was pretty much set against giving them my money. Took it to Hank who is honest and talks straight up. It spent about 2 days in the shop and looks like new. It's worth mentioning he helped me secure a car rental during the repair. Sounds like an easy task accept there were barely any rental cars on the island because the rental places started selling off their fleet, tourist came back, and there is a worldwide car shortage due to supply chain issues. Pro tip: Just take it to Hanks.
