Being towed is never a pleasant experience, especially 90 miles from home. I have been towed my fair share. I have to say this was the best experience for the situation i could ask for. I'm terrible with names and do not remember his name. Big guy, very friendly and professional. From the ride along I could tell this business is managed well like a well oiled mschine. Mahalo for turning a terrible day into a bearable one. Aloha!

Car left to be towed on Volcano park in Hilo. They didn't respond at 8PM when help was severely needed, and didn't update us nor the car rental firm on when they'd come to tow the car and refused to provide actual price. We were charged $2000 without details. Terrible. Wish I can give 0.

We stopped in Hawi for an ice cream and 15 minutes of shopping. When we came out of the store our rental vehicle was gone. After much panic and phone calls we discovered our car had been towed by Hook Me Up. How does that even happen? Obviously the driver did not check the plates or the VIN before he loaded it up. I must give him credit for being fast as we hadn’t left the car for more than 30 minutes. After waiting 2 hours for our car to return we barely even got a sorry from the driver.Service: Car towing

My car was stuck on saddle road for a while I mean leaving your car anywhere gives you anxiety to the max no shame yes I cried but I called multiple tow companies to estimate the cost and these guys were the best dealbreakers tow especially for me because I work in Waikoloa and got stuck right at the end of saddle road, KONA side :( and I live in Hilo, he went out of his way to bring my car home while I was at work, when I called hook me up towing the guy who answered was very sweet and nice , best customer service by far. Got my car home safe and sound. Highly recommend this towing company. If I could give them 10 stars i would!!! Definitely would use them again
