I guess all of kona likes to hire snobby teens who don’t care about the paycheck and only about showing their goodies cause this place needs a reality check. Everything is over crowded and bland. Customer service isn’t offered here so don’t even try asking for help.

Funny before you leave a review, Yelp let's you know "businesses are doing their best". I would beg to differ, as I didn't have a mask and wasn't offered one. Also, I had a blizzard from DQ with me. So, no food or drinks in store, and also awful mask policy. At least the girl was somewhat nice informing me.

Every time I would go into this store, THE GIRLS ARE ALWAYS RUDE! They have such bad attitudes.
