“Pretty much every medical facility has some amount of negative reviews that I take with a huge grain of salt because people may be under stress from whatever they are going through.
From my experience, primarily at this CLH and once at another location, the people I have dealt with have always been as helpful, empathetic and service oriented as possible, both with myself and everyone I have witnessed them interact with.
It isn't their fault if there is a non-covered insurance item or the doctor sent orders to another lab (not CLH location). I have both experienced and seen the staff at Walua Fd patiently and kindly treat everyone who has come in the door while I was there.
Thank you for being who you are. Please know you are appreciated no doubt by more people who don't leave good reviews than the vocal minority who leave poor ones.”
