I ordered half rice half lo-mein, orange chicken and honey chicken. I was sitting in my car and a took a couple bites. The food tasted ransed. The noodles were also very hard. I decided to go back in and ask for a refund, which they gave me. When I got home I ended up with food poisoning. Three years ago the same thing happened but I decided to give them another chance. Seems like they want to serve old food so they don't have to throw it away.In addition to getting sick, the inside of the restaurant was very dirty .The cashier was rude especially when she asked if I wanted to round up my order for children and I said no.I will not return to this place, If you choose to eat here make sure it's at a peak time so the food will be fresh.

Gave it 4 stars as service was fast. Food tastes on average and on par with other Panda Express: not great Chinese food but does the job.

Panda Express is usually a great experience, but Tonight Charies was both incredibly rude and unhelpful. This employee truly tainted the experience. What a shame.

I've been coming here for years. When it's on point, there is honestly no better value in all of Kona. Even when the food is off or not optimal it's still a solid choice. The service is very robotic, but usually polite. I like the new loyalty system.Vegetarian options: There are tofu and other vegetarian dishes.Parking: During lunch peak parking can be a little frustrating but there is almost always a spot in the strip mall parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals that kids will eat. High chairs availableWheelchair accessibility: There are ramps up to the sidewalk although they are a ways away.

Bro, why are these workers so rude. Literally staring at me not saying anything. I’m not expecting high class service from panda, but this was just awkward. Cmon

We ate at this Panda Express twice while in the Big Island. The service was average. Food quality was on par. You can order any item to be freshly made like I did with the egg plant and tofu as little was left.I also like that the to-go container was potfirated so that you can spilt it into two plates for sharing. The dine in area is quite spacious and there were a few tables for outdoor dining. It is also nice that they give out courtesy water since we are not soda drinkers. One improvement I have is the consistency of amount of food given. Right now it is very subjective according to the person who is serving. I noticed she gave some customers more noodles than others. My noodles turned out to be mostly cabbage with few noodles. The sign posted by the cashier helped me save 25% of the entire order by downloading the Panda Express app and becoming a reward member during our second visit That was a nice bonus.Panda Express is my typical fall back if I cannot find authentic Chinese food nearby. This one doesn't disappointBy the way, this is a nice option to have lunch before heading to the Kona airport. It is only a few miles south of the airport. We ate here and pack the rest to go. Shopped at Ross. Filled up gas at Hele Then renturned the car at the airport. All very convenient.Parking: This store is located in a shopping plaza so there are ample parking spaces. We went on a weekday and were able to park right by the store.

Don't go. Just go to the next restaurant. Staff seemed uninterested in helping. Pulled 2 hairs out of my food. Didn't finish.
