I had a phone emergency during my trip and Seth went above and beyond to help me get a new phone when I had trouble getting into my account. Shar helped me a lot as well providing great customer service and answering all my questions about setting up my new iPhone. Thank you so much again T-mobile Kona! What a wonderful team

Excellent customer service at the Kailua Kona branch! Bumped into chris that used to work for Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union and he offered great customer service back then and unfortunately he moved on from there but fortunately for T-Mobile he's working for them. Excellent attention to detail and very helpful.Seisha, is awesome with customer service.The store needs to have a self checkout a station for people that just want to buy something quick like a charger.

Worst t-mobile service I've ever experienced. Was trying to upgrade phones and the representative was very reluctant to do business with us unless we had a phone that was trade in eligible. Please be aware I have more than 3 lines on my account and the phone that we were upgrading was eligible. Then the phones we were interested in they had advertised in store but dis not have them available in their inventory (atleast that's what we were told). Very disappointed as we were ready to purchase a new phone however the service presented to us was more than below average.

Annoying staff that wouldn't leave me alone while I was looking for a phone that had all the features I was looking for, they just kept trying to push the most expensive phones they had in the store on me. And I tried to use one of the phones on display and the guy said I was holding the power button too long, but the phone wasn't even charged ? ... I know how to use a smart phone. And of course, T-mobile has the ridiculous $35 fee for activating a new phone, which was literally me swapping the sim card from my broke phone to the new one. I shouldn't have gone shopping here, and next time I need a new phone I won't be buying it at a T-mobile store.

I am not happy with the service here. I wanted to take 2 unlimited but pay separately. Unfortunately I looked into that after leaving the place. I have returned after 2hours, and he said that i cannot reclaim or merge them together. So i lost pretty much extra dollars for that. Either seller should ask more questions or give more information about what we pays for. And i didnt recived receipt right after the pay.For me that case would be unacceptable in my home town. So just in case when you will want to get here any offer. Get as much information on your own as you can .Edit: After call for 611, support said that it is avaible, we went back again, after consulting with manager. He said that ineed there’s possibility to make such a void for the one that is still inactive, and add another line for mine which was active.

Needed to get a U.S. SIM card & plan while we were here visiting from Canada. I've done this many times before, it's normally a simple process. The guy who was working (kinda goth-y looking, pale skin, dark hair, sweet watercolour tattoos) seemed kinda disinterested in the entire process. We pulled out our ID but was told it wasn't needed. What was needed was a plan that allowed us to contact Canada. It was an additional 5$ per Sim -perfect !The base plan included unlimited data talk & text for just under 50$ per device including tax. An excellent dealSo after we paid and left, my friend tried calling Canada and got a message saying she didn't have enough credit in her account to make the call.We ended up going back to the store. Another employee helped us because the original one:-Did not give us / set up an account pin or an account -Did not take our ID (remember how we had tried to give it to him? Ya he needed that to set up our accounts ...)-Did not charge us the 5$ Canada option ( we had told him this is why we went there) -Did not give us a receipt Thank god he actually had generated an invoice in the computer. It didn't have any names on it., but it matched up. It was confirmed that no he did not charge us the 5$ for each.So the new employee updated all our info, charged us for the Canada stuff, set up the accounts, the pin#'s and have us our receipts.He was helpful and efficient, but overall seemed like he could care less.My friend dropped in later and said the girl who was there was nice.... Thank God for small miracles!

I went into the t-mobile store to upgrade my iPhone and get a new phone plan. They got me set up so effortlessly, it was amazing! I am a very happy customer and highly recommend t-mobile.
