I love Abby Patterson's flow & restore class on Monday night. It is the best and for me, the only way, to start the week. The yoga nest studio is small but we'll organized and has a beautiful energy.

One of the best yoga experiences of my life!!! I have over 1,000 classes taken via MindBody and I saw Yoga Nest on there as a suggested studio. I booked a class and was beyond impressed. The parking lot made things so easy to park and get to class early, tons of spots and no problem finding one. Then the teacher, Jackie blew my mind. She had the most unique flow that built on each other. I we did all the twists and arm movements from our knees to start class and then she got us on our feet to flow it out. I honestly have never felt so successful in a class. I really appreciate when teachers having their mats turned sideways so it is easy to see what shape to create if you didn't know the name of the move. That's an advanced thing to do as a teacher and often most teachers have their mats facing the same direction as the students rather than perpendicular and it's much more helpful the way Jackie had her mat set up so we could view her from the side. Major recognition to whomever owns and run this studio, it is super clean, organized and not cluttered. The cold towels are such a nice touch at the end. I also really like that the place to put personal belongings like keys and cell phones was in the back of the studio. Thoughtful things like that has made this my favorite yoga studio in Kona.

MADE ME LOVE YOGA!!! Before I went here, I had a deep disliking towards yoga, almost hated. I always thought you had to be a certain type of person, or body type, but yoga nest prove to me that this was all wrong. ANYONE OF ANY FITNESS, AGE, OR BODY TYPE can do yoga. My friend told me to come and I literally fell in love with it. There are an amazing amount of classes and times that I was able to make work with my schedule! The teachers made me feel so great and made me wanna come back. Thank you so much!!!!!!

I travel extensively and always check out local studies on my journeys. I was so pleased with this studio that I took class almost every day of my 10 day stay. (Side note relevant to my review - I have studied and taught yoga for several years [500-RYT] especially working with people who experience chronic pain, PTSD, and physical or other disabilities). Their classes were simultaneously accessible, regardless of ability or experience, and challenging to the most seasoned practitioner, all masterfully integrating Pantajali's 8-limbed philosophy in unique and complementary ways. In layman's terms...WOW! Any student at any level in any place in life (physical or otherwise), can find their belonging here.I started with Elli's Sunday evening Candlelight Yin class, then Monika's Monday morning All Level Flow, then Amara's Tuesday morning All Level Flow, and rounded it all off with Dina's Wim Hof Wednesday. It was immediately evident that I had found my "nesting" place. Each instructor shared their calm spiritual energy and expansive knowledge in unique and fascinating ways. They guided the practices in such beautiful, supportive ways, allowing each student to explore their own boundaries. In all my years of practicing yoga, I have never been so touched by the collective energy and insight that radiated throughout every encounter in the space. The cool oil infused washcloths are such a rejuvenating treat! The whole experience at Yoga Next enriched an already incredible trip.

I went two mornings while on vacation and enjoyed classes by Alexa and Amara. Practices ranged from a bit challenging to more moderate. I was part of a 2-person class and then 7-person class. No masks required - which I think now aligns w/Hawaii's mandate removal. They have mats for $1, blocks and other items to borrow. Make sure to check out the filtered water and cold eucalyptus cloths in the back room after class! If walking uphill on Walua, make sure to look for the steps down where the road narrows to avoid traffic.

Best yoga studio in Kona hands down! Instructors are kind and the studio is very welcoming. There's also a little shop in the back for all your yoga needs - palo santo and all the crystals to keep the aloha vibes going. 15/10 would recommend
