Huge selection of slabs of natural stone and fabricated. Great service from Joey however when I returned to show my husband, the slabs I had on hold they had been sold to a contractor. Disappointing :(

We purchased a large amount of granite slabs for our large kitchen as well as special order tile for the backsplash. I am really picky about the quality of stone and everyone that worked with us was fantastic, patient and very pleasant. We also ordered a large amount of special order travertine floor tile and Scott was super helpful at suggesting a specific color that matched my hoped for parameter. They kept me posted regarding a delay in shipping ( which of course was NOT their fault) and let me know as SOON as it arrived. I would shop no where else in town as they REALLY know their material and are great at understanding a customers desires!!!

Very attentive staff and very helpful with great suggestions for matching trims to tile. Perhaps a little pricy but u get what u pay for. I love their selection and ease of browsing.

We just purchased 3 slabs of granite from Tile Warehouse in Kona. They also have a beautiful selection of tile and the prices are not bad either. In fact, I really wish we had gone there before going back and forth between Home Depot and Lowes and their poor selection of tile and flooring. Kathy came right up to us when we walked in the door. She was very knowledgeable and happy to help. I highly recommend this place. I do not understand the bad reviews.

I accidentally posted a poor review for the Tile Warehouse (I meant another tile company), so if anyone read it, I apologize. I have had great experience with the Tile Warehouse; I bought gorgeous tile for my kitchen and am currently working with them to remodel my bathroom. The folks who work there are great and very helpful. Sorry if anyone was mislead!

Scott, the owner, was fine. We purchased granite but it was a long process. Manual, a recommended installer, was unsatisfactory. He broke a corner of our very expensive granite and never fixed it. The day that Manual installed the granite I made him aware of the fracture... his response was he would fix it... We are still waiting... 5 months later. Of course , Manuel came back to our house to pick up the tools he left behind and "promised " to return to repair the granite ...BUT .... NO...Manuel has not fixed the granite he damaged. I would strongly recommend finding a reliable fabricator before you purchase your granite.

I was looking for a unique granite for my kitchen countertop and I found a sample of it at Tile Warehouse. Scott located it for me, ordered it, sold it to me for a good price, and had it included in the next shipment to the store. The process took several months and Scott kept me updated on the progress every few weeks. Tile Warehouse also provided a list of recommended fabricators and I chose Counter Fitters, who did a wonderful job.
Couldn't be more pleased with the great service by both companies.

The worst customer service ever! The people are rude and basically dishonest. We found a granite that was to be arriving from Oahu within a couple of days (we were even given a sample). After selecting the granite they took down our contact information and agreed to call us upon its arrival. They did NOT say anything about a deposit or any other formality to hold the granite for us. We.were very excited abour our selection and proceeded to choose coordinating backsplash tiles and paint!
After two weeks and our third phone call back to the store to find out if the granite had arrived from Oahu we were told that it was sold!!!
Magically we had become "second" on some list that NO ONE, not Scott or Frieda, had mentioned in our previous visit or phone calls. Don't trust their business practices!!! Go anywhere else to purchase your granite.
