Today, I made the effort to visit the UPS office to pick up my parcel as I had my flight back to Germany. I had been informed that the office operates until 4 pm. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the office was closed well before that time.Thankfully, a mechanic who happened to be there at the time kindly attempted to assist me by checking for my parcel. Unfortunately, he was unable to locate it. This entire situation has left me deeply upset and inconvenienced, especially as I had to make an extra trip to the customer center in hopes of retrieving my package.Regrettably, I am now forced to leave for Germany without the much-needed parcel, which is causing me significant inconvenience.

OMG! It was a bad enough that there was only one employee servicing a line of customers that reached the far side of the store, but to make it even more unbelievably horrible, the woman behind the counter charged me $2 for a couple pieces of clear tape to seal a box! Only made worse by how smug and unapologetic she was about it. Like she enjoyed the complete power play of sticking it to me. Everyone has a right to hate their job, but it's not okay to take it out on people you're paid to help.

Absolutely terrible service. Went only to drop off an Amazon return. Should have been a quick trip. A lady was in front of me that was picking up a package. One ups rep spent 20 minutes- literally 20 minutes, looking for it before finally telling the lady that it was her fault they couldn't find it, because she couldn't describe the packaging to them well enough. Finally the lady gave up trying to get her package after being told to call the sender and get a better description of the package they could not find. During this time, a line formed out the door, and the other clerk who was working there just ignored the line. Once a third ups employee popped out, i thought she was going to help with the line, but she just looked at us like she wished we weren't there, and then went back into the back room. Finally, when it was my turn. I handed the clerk my package, which she flipped over and told me I did not have the right label for. I told her that this is the label that Amazon sent for the return. She told me, " go back and talk to Amazon". As I am trying to figure out what to do, she looks at me and says "what?". Meanwhile clerk#2 continued ignoring the building line, and the mystery clerk#3 (I think, she wasnt wearing anything that showed her to be a UPS employee) stayed hidden in the back. I went home and talked to Amazon, who assured me I had the correct label. Now i get to go back and do this again today.

If I could this establishment a minus 5 I would! They have no concept of customer service, they are rude. What has happened to work ethics and simple pleasantries. I will no longer go her, Longs on Palani road cans take UPS drop offs.

They close whenever they want! I went the other day on NORMAL business hours and the lady put up a makeshift sign that said she was closed for two hours. THIS IS ALSO NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. They have closed like this multiple times before. But this time, The woman was in there walking around and I kindly asked her through the window if I could just leave a small box that I already had with postage on it and she rudely pointed at the sign and said NO im closed! She was just angry and mean. It was an older asian lady. I couldn't believe how mean and angry she seemed. I have seen here there a lot before and she is always just mean.

Online says open every time I go there it’s closed today is 1pm and stay closed till 3pm I don’t have 2 hours to spare supper ridiculous pay more money and get more staff

They SERIOUSLY need to hire new staff at this location. There is an older woman here who just brings the place down. I dont know if she is in charge or what? But she obviously doesn't want to be there. Her attitude is always one of distain. If you dont want to be there THAT BAD you should not be there. She should leave or they should ask her to leave. I cant believe how rude she was to me and my family.

I had not one, not two, but three of the worst customer experiences of my life here. They seriously need to change the staff here. There is a younger gal who is nice, but the rest that I have seen are SO disgruntled and bitter! The environment here is just unhappy and bitter.

The older asian lady who works here should be fired. She is the rudest worker I have ever seen. Whoever is in charge seriously needs to let this woman go. She is making the company look SO BAD.

Unfortunately the UPS customer service center at 73-100 U'U StKailua Kona, HI 96740United States is not listed on YELP and I know why, piss poor service. It been months and I'm still waiting on my packages. Unbelievable, unprofessional, unacceptable service. For my business I will never use UPS. I really apologize to this location address and store.

The workers in this store are horrible and know nothing about customer service. They routinely ignore customers in line; rather than helping those waiting in line, they pretend to be busy moving, labeling, stacking, rearranging boxes. I stopped by recently to drop off a small box with a pre-paid label ... I didn't even want a receipt. The door was locked with a sign indicating they were 'temporarily' closed and were only letting customers with paid mailboxes. Me, along with several other people were ignored and not acknowledged. It's like they feel they can treat customers anyway they like since they have a 'monopoly' on UPS services in the area. If corporate is reading this, maybe consider adding a self-service drop box or two in the Kona area.

Rude definitely no aloha spirt or smiles . I would definitely not recommend this store . The one I'm Waimea is way way better .

I needed a couple packages shipped ASAP. This location opened early and the one staff person (woman) who was there was efficient and helped me get the packages to their destinations on time. Recipients said packages were received on their end in good condition.

This UPS Store is the WORST! Toxic environment. Bad customer service. They treat all customers like we're from the poorly. I was a customer for 3 years. They offered a "special" if I renewed early, I would get 3 extra months. Sounds like cash-flow trouble. o, I renewed with that promise. When it came time to renew again, they totally reneged on the offer.After closing my box, they refused to forward my first-class mail causing prescriptions, brokerage statements, and Christmas cards all to be returned. I complained to Customer Service and they told me that each store is independently owned and operated. They were of no help.Whoever is running this place should be fired and the whole staff too!
