New automated phone service is terrible. I wanted to fill 5 refills but it is nearly impossible. I gave a prescription number, and planned to give the other ones AS I HAVE ALWAYS DONE. But female voice said there was a 2nd one and asked if I wanted it filled and then said they would be ready tomorrow. Did not let me continue to request other refills. I had to fill each refill one at a time and kept asking me if I wanted another perspiration I had already given.... what a mess who knew a automated system could be so screwed up. I still don't know if all five 5⃣ prescriptions were submitted. I will have to call and TALK TO A REAL PERSON, this new system is really messed up.

John is the most rude person I've ever met. THREW MY Prescriptioninto my passengers side window and mumbled something about me being parked in the wrong spot. So many other times too. He gets off on it. He's horrible.

If I could rate this store lower than 1-star I would. The attitudes are lazy, not laid back. John, the store manager is disingenuous when engaging on serious issue with the pharmacy concerning anti-epileptic medication or holding employees accountable. Walmart pharmacy's lax attitude in medication coordination is appalling and borderline negligent. The store's attitude reflects that of the manager. Buy your shower curtain there, but leave your pharmaceutical concerns to the professionals who are NOT affiliated with Walmart. Your health is too important and their attitude towards life and death medical issues is lazy and apathetic. Save yourself!

Do not go here if you're a legacy pain patient and have an emergency fill for acute pain. They have or had a narcissist pharmacist last year here. I have spinal cord compression, spinal stenosis, scoliosis, herniated discs and I had my first flare up of a HUGE ovarian cyst the ER discovered. I couldn't even stand up or breathe right because of how much pain I was in even with regular pain meds in my system. The compassionate doctor gave me a few extra meds (literally 12 pills) on top of my baseline meds to help me for three days with this acute episode, because as any decent person in healthcare that is versed in medicine knows what the CDC guidelines are. Not only are they not designed to be applied to pain patients. But chronic pain patients have tolerance so any severe acute pain also needs to be treated. Are we dogs that don't deserve acute pain relief when our meds are only designed to deal with our chronic pain? And that we are used to the level of them? Get a pharmacist with a brain not someone who is on an ego trip to pick on sick disabled 36 year olds with kids at home. The guidelines are changing and pharmacists aren't doctors. Even when the doctor called the pharmacy she refused! He called another colleague at a different pharmacy. The lead pharmacist at longs has a soul he even stayed open late for me I was in tears from pain and happiness because we never get a break anymore. Patients with legitimate conditions that cause severe pain are starting to fight back. We are sick of seeing these suicide numbers go up because of how healthcare providers have misused CDC guidelines.

Really happy with the personnel at this pharmacy. Super friendly and efficient. They work hard to get you in and out and the store is very convenient to shop at while waiting for prescription to be filled

Unironically the worst experience at a pharmacy I have ever had in my entire life. 4 techs, 2 pharmacists working in the pharmacy with no drive through and it apparently takes 2 days to fill a prescription. I have worked at a pharmacy in the past, and I don't know if it's incompetence or what misery has created this experience but it's impressively bad.

Was lied to by three separate pharmacy techs over the course of two days about the status of a prescription, only to not be able to receive it. Incompetent to the point of threatening the lives of their customers.
