Vu and his guys are so professional and do amazing work. I meant to write this review a while ago, but got busy. I would recommend anyone I could to 220 Auto! I hope I don't have to come back but if I do I know my car will come out perfectly!

Vu and his team did a great job fixing up our truck! Looks like new again! They worked with our insurance company Geico, Vu was always prompt to reply back to me and they did a great job on the auto body repair work on our truck! Would highly recommend!

Not honest. Promised to give an estimate to me for $10 fee within 2-3 days. Then the owner wanted to change $10 to $100 fee for an estimate. Not responding to my messages for over 3 weeks. I had to drive 40 minutes to this shop to find out. Failed to produce and refused to give an estimate to me. This place was messy and chaotic, not professional shop. Not good to start business with auto body shop on my vehicle.

Vu was so professional and got back to me quickly. I was able to stop by the shop two days later for service. He is fair, efficient and friendly. He fixed my bumper right up! Highly recommend.

Vu is very responsive to messages, took the time to diagnose the problem with my driver's side door, and fixed it quickly as promised. Will be back to have him fix rust issues on our other vehicle. Thanks so much!!

Early one morning on my way to work, I hit a pig that tore off my bumper on the passenger side and left dents on the passenger side door. After communicating with my insurance agent, I was told to look into possible repair shops and stumbled across 220 Auto. After reading their reviews, I decided to contact the shop. Vu answered my call and immediately asked for pictures of the damage. Within minutes of sending the pictures, I received a quote for bumper replacement, dent removal, and paint. I'm not gonna lie it caught me off guard that he was confident enough to send me a quote without actually seeing my car. Although I was very skeptical, I decided to put some faith in the reviews I read. After about a week of going back and forth with my insurance company, I was finally able to take my car in. Finding the shop was difficult, but after asking around, I found it and delivered my vehicle for repair. Skip forward 2 days, and I'm back at the shop retrieving my vehicle. During the entire process, I communicated with Vu via phone call or text. However, not once did we meet in person. As weird as that may sound 220 Auto did a great job of restoring my vehicle. Thank you Vu and team, for restoring my vehicle!

I had 220 Auto paint the hood of my car, they were very easy to work with and got the job done quickly. The other shops I called seemed to be only interested in larger insurance jobs.Service: Painting

Do not bring your car here. I am now paying to replace carpeting in my car because when they took my car apart to paint and replace a light, it wasn't put back properly. This caused water to leak into my trunk, where my spare is located. I was also pushed to get my car out of shop before work was done. I found the whole process to be a bit sketchy and not the same experience as any other body shop I've been to.Services: Body & Trim

Do not bring your car here. I had a rear tail light replaced and the side paint was redone, after being backed into. My car was not put back properly which caused water to leak into my car where my spare tire is located. I now have to pay to replace the carpeting as it is moldy. The whole process of working with them was sketchy in comparison to any body shop I've ever gone to. I never met the guy who apparently owns the place and set up all the appointments, and someone else did the work. He was extremely pushy to get my car out of the shop before all the work was done.

I picked up my 2016 Honda Accord from 220 7 hours ago, so I can't speak to how lasting the repair job will be, but at this point I can report the following:1. The repair job looks good (7 hours after completion).2. The cost for the repair work was very attractive (220 was the lowest of five yelp vendors, and 3 out of 5 gave estimates/quotes that were more than double 220's initial estimate.3. 220 initial estimate was based entirely on an email description and attached photos of the damage. The final cost was exactly the same as the estimate (except for the cost for Honda's materials and supplies -- around $100 additional -- explained up front by 220).4. 220 promised to complete the job in three days -- I was able to pick up my finished car a little over 24 hours after I dropped it off.5. Vu (I believe he's the owner) is EXCELLENT to work with and I can't say enough about my positive experience with 220 (well... I guess it would have been better if 220 weren't tucked away in a difficult to find place).6. I whole-heartedly recommend 220 and Vu. Very happy customer (at least, so far)

220 Auto is terrific. Got an estimate right away over text and scheduled the repair early the next week. Job was well done at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
