Put Up Signs If you don't want people or customers waiting in front of your business. The Audacity to tell me that "I can't wait for my Uber ride their when no one tells me other then you" I've waited their couple times with no problem except you as a worker." Then also tell me I'm using wifi even though I'm not, I'm connected to my own cellphone service, I get it your tired and everything but don't be rude or disrespectful to me with no answer.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Firestone Kailua, thanks to their exceptional service advisor, Jessy. I had a front tire that was in desperate need of replacement and not safe for driving. Jessy went above and beyond to accommodate my urgent situation. She was incredibly helpful, ensuring that I received prompt and efficient service. Great Service, called and got an appointment for the next day, needed 2 tires replaced and an alignment. Got the 2 tires replaced and turns out it didn’t need an alignment which was great.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I am appalled by places that lie to make “easy money”. They told me I needed both my air filters replaced and I had a bad tire. The air filters were replaced maybe two weeks ago. The tires are less than a month old. Catching them lying about this instantly makes me not trust any other repair recommendations the gave. Wait time total for car was 5 hours split between two days(made me come back because after waiting 2.5 hours they couldn’t do it that day before closing).
I am not one to leave reviews ever but definitely want to let people know not to trust them when it comes to vehicle inspection recommendations. Everyone was nice so I was hopeful. You’re better off going somewhere else :(

I spoke to Firestone Complete Auto Care Byron and he got me an appointment right away that accommodated my schedule. He thoroughly gave me a good quote on 4 new tires and contained to me what comes in the package deal I was getting. I dropped off my and it was done in a good amount of timely matter. When I picked up my car, Byron was completely patience and I explained and answered all my questions. When I went home and discovered I had more questions, I called the store and Jessy answer and she was so caring to my few questions I had and made me feel so valued. She took the time out to explained other questions I had that I needed to know. Jessy was patient in explaining everything I need to know and she was very caring too.

I brought my vehicle in. They took it apart, did not perform a repair, put it back together and it now drives ruff and keeps stalling out. I ask the service advisor to take a look and he refused.

Honestly the team was amazing! I came for a presale car inspection just to ensure the car wasn’t a total lemon, made an appointment, but the seller was over 20 minutes late. Jessy specifically noticed how the seller was behaving and really went the extra mile by squeezing us in and getting the car checked quickly! She was thorough in her explanation of the car’s inspection and really seemed to care. I appreciated her and the team’s service so much!

Lack of professional customer service. Took over 7 hours (I had a morning appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. I will not be returning. I have been using firestone since 2009 in California. I even changed my husbands mind about where to get oil changes. Since my experience in Hawaii was so terrible we won't be back. So disappointed.

Great team! I had a flat tire before work and they were able to do a complete workup and get me four new tires before the morning was over. Awesome service and very friendly staff!
