8/16/25- Thank you Lisa for doing my pedicure! I'm ALL ABOUT customer service. Lisa did amazing, very kind, no judgments, no rude remarks. I totally get it, when nail technicians talk crap about the way you look or how your feet look etc. She didn't do any of that. She was very kind, and a pleasure to talk story with. If you are worried about being judged, book with Lisa, she will make you feel comfortable and you'll leave with top quality results! I'll be back to see YOU Lisa!

I don't normally write reviews but I tried this place for the first time and was excited but I will definitely not be going back. First off, my nails look like something I could do on my own and are bumpy and unprofessional looking. Second, the lady who did my nails made a rude comment about my body after l'd just given birth and said I still looked pregnant and my stomach was big. Weird thing to say. I also got a pedicure and right after my big toe started to hurt and now I have an infection and pus. And to top it all off their prices are high. Such a bad experience I definitely will not be returning

Based off what u said u weren't there, u didn't do her nails, the 110$ was for a 10$ tip which was not deserved, I never clamed I went to cosmology school, and if ur technic and skill was good why was there so much dirt in her nails, she asked for acrylic nail and for 100$ it would have been better to just do them herself. If I was there u wouldn't have been paid for that barely 30 minute nail job that u failed to do.

Very friendly, my family of four walked into the shop. We were greeted with a friendly smile and immediately serviced. Everything was awesome, no complaints. Easy to find with ample parking.

Just got a pedicure from Lisa. OH MY!!!! Literally BEST pedicure I’ve ever gotten! Very friendly staff and were able to get me in with very short notice! I got the super deluxe and it was HEAVENLY for a very reasonable price! This salon is my new home! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

What I asked for versus what I got. They do no prep and just a sloppy job unfortunately. It’s also very expensive I was charged $70 for these and $80 for a pedicure… My appointment was set to 10:00am and I didn’t even get seen till almost 11. Just unprofessional.

Went today for a basic mani/pedi. Tina did a great job. But the prices are outrageous. $80 for a basic mani/pedi, way too high. I won’t go back again.

I was desperate. Couldn't walk in to another salon. Called Friendly and they were available. Should have took heed of the other reviews. I had a regular mani pedi. The gal who did my mani was friendly but missed a top coat completely on 1 finger. I also had to ask her to redo several nails because the white from the French manicure was bleeding into the clear nail bed part. I had never experienced that before and was surprise how quickly she was able to fix it. Wonder why she didn't just fix it in the first place instead of having me to ask. Anyways, I didn't expect my mani to last long because I asked for a regular vs gel but several started to chip the very next day. I should have suspected that. She only put on a single top coat and didn't brushed the tips. The gal who did my pedi was not friendly at all. Would not recommend.

I usually go to a different nail salon in Kailua but they were booked and I needed a pedi asap. This place is across from Safeway in the plaza where Bedmart and Kaiser Permanente is (the old Down to Earth). It has plenty of free parking and is walkable if you're in Kailua Town. I should have known to turn around when I saw no one in the nail salon around noon on a Saturday, but I needed to get a pedi so bad and didn't really have time to do it myself. I felt very rushed, as the entire pedi took 30 minutes and was super awkward. The girl didn't talk the whole time, and also I don't think she offered me my entire pedi service since she just filed my toes, painted them, and rubbed my feet for a few minutes. They did have a lot of colors to choose from, which was a plus, but the nail polish wasn't high quality. It was very expensive and did not last long. The STRANGEST thing about this place was that when I went to pay the woman handed me her phone so I could Venmo her. I asked if I could pay with card and she just stood there with her phone in my face showing me her Venmo code to scan and pay her. I think since no one else was in the shop she just wanted the money for herself since her other transactions on her Venmo that she SHOWED ME were personal and none said "nails" or had an emoji for nails. Super sketchy when you pay someone via venmo and its over $50 for a junky nail job that wasn't even a full pedi. Ekkk, everything about this place made me cringe next time I will just do my nails at home.

Been many times with mostly no issue. Went today to have my acrylic nails off and a gel mani/pedi. No soaking my nails at all, just wrenched the acrylics right off. Decided to forgo the rest of the mani out of self-preservation. Gel manis and pedis have always been pretty good as long as you don't mind the Hawaii prices. Personally not going back because it was incredibly painful and, though I only ended up getting the pedi, it cost nearly the same as all my previous mani/pedi visits.

Do not waste your money, I went in 1 hour before close and was asked "why so last minute." Service was awful and rushed, I got a gel mani and it chipped 1 hour after I left. I don't recommend to anyone

Have gone there before; manicurists and pedicurists are rude and the manicure was sloppy. Thought we'd give them another chance since someone gave a gc. Again, was rude, sloppy work and felt rushed. Will not return and informed friend not to buy gc from there.

went here with my mom to get our nails done before our trip,I was a little skeptical at first because it’s not my Norma nail place but it was not bad at all,i didn’t really get what I asked for but I’m still happy with the results.The staff is super nice 10/10 would recommend

One of the worst pedicures I've ever had. I've been there 3 times and they've all been subpar. I tried it one more time and it was $72 for regular pedicure with gel! That's crazy. And my nail was not filed smooth. Then I was able to peel off the gel as soon as I left. So bad.
