We’re from Oregon visiting family; I had a fabulous haircut from Mykaela (I hope the spelling is close!) and wish I could return every 5 weeks for her trim. My silver fine hair is quite short, and she knew exactly what I needed with description and a photo. Best haircut I’ve had in a very long time.

I got my mohawk done at another salon for my wife's graduation the next day and they completely botched it. I saw this Great Clips while I was getting groceries at Foodland and popped in to inquire about getting it fixed. The stylist immediately saw what had happened, was appalled, and sat me down and worked a minor miracle fixing my hair. They did an incredible job and were so friendly, and they really knew what they were doing. Cannot recommend them enough!

I've always had a great experience here with the lady with the dreads. She cuts my son's hair perfectly! Today I had an Asian lady named Jen and she was so rude to me! Zero customer service. All I said nicely was could you cut his hair a little more in the back? And she was like "I'm not done! Excuse!!!!! (Telling me to move away)" My son even said she was super mean. He couldn't believe she said that to me..
