Went in and had my car inspected and waited for an estimate, never got a call so I called them back about a month later and they said they'll get back to me but they never did. Looking for a different auto body shop now.

I was really happy with the job they did. 1 year later the paint has soaked into the substrate. Now it's been 2 years.I was told by another painter they did not use a sealer over the primer before they painted it. that causes the paint to seep into the primer and cause damage.plus the clear coat is beginning to become oxidized. after two years, and the fact I wax this vehicles hood every 30 to 60 days... super bummed.I spoke to Sandy couple times, asked her if they warranty their paint, asked about fixing this, she said Harry will call and we talk story. he never called. I paid them $800 dollars for this and they treat me like I am scamming them. Super bummed.I am going to the court house to get the paperwork together to sue them. I have successfully sued other auto scammers in the past. I only post positive reviews unless you are outright scamming people. I have a receipt, documentation, to the courthouse I go, update in 90 days.

Friendly staff and Excellent service! I needed a safe check on my motorcycle and expected to make an appointment but the mechanic took me right in and finished the job quickly. highly Recommend!!

Thank you Sandy and her husband for fixing my car in a couple of days. I know being a small auto body shop they have to order the part but it's besides the point. Even though the part took 2 and 1/2 months to come in when it came in she called us and in 3 days it was done. Very friendly and job was well done. Thank you again.

This place will scam you. Made an appointment explaining my problem with the exact part that needed to be changed. Dropped it off a week later and they don’t have it. Got charged for my rental and for the “hours” they put in for taking apart my car without even having the part.

Great place in Kailua to get a safety inspection for mopeds/scooters and probably the only one on this side of the island. Very helpful staff and quick inspection!

I believe it's sandy? The older lady standing outside the shop, with how she talks to people (extremely rude, high makamakas, and aggressively) she has no business being a business. I personally own my own business and if I talked to people the way she talked to me I would expect to lose all my customers. Go ANYWHERE else!
