The staff in charge of the surfboards are super helpful and knowledgeable! We purchased two boards from HIC and love them, all thanks to the staff helping us make our decisions and answering all of our questions! Highly recommend

Your employee Keala always has an attitude. She so does not represent your store for the good. She needs to attend a "customer training." course but I'm not to sure that will even help.
