“Progressive is really good about getting service providers to you. I've been locked out twice and had a dead battery, two instances not during business hours. It's nice to know that these huge fees, which I deserve to pay, really count for something when you need them. And I'm particularly impressed with the communication between providers in Hawaii and Progressive operators probably working from home bc I heard kids playing in the background. I admit I am not experienced in adult things like car insurance, despite my age, but I appear to be getting my money's worth. If not they've successfully fooled me so I am satisfied which might be just as good!”
“Top notch firm with solid management. Sue Savio has always been here for our Association of Apartment Owners. Always quick to respond to questions in a complete and understandable manner, Sue makes herself available to our board members whenever requested. If we have a question about coverage, Sue is the person we ask. There's never been an issue with the service and support provided by Insurance Associates. For such a busy woman, Sue always treats our Association with old fashioned one-on-one attention. I doubt anyone in Honolulu knows more about Hawaii insurance than Sue at Insurance Associates. They are simply the best in the state.”
