I raised kids in the 80's and 90's and was always at Kailua Beach. Seeing Kailua beach for the first time in 23 years on 9/24/25, it remains an incredible family beach park. The beauty of the beach and the park grounds, along with the positive aura of the environment remain unchanged. The video can never replace you standing there, enjoy!

Parking on a weekday is easy to find. Some of the best sand and clear blue water you will every find. There is an occasional turtle sighting.

Kailua Beach Park is absolute perfection. The beauty of this place is just tremendous; once you get here, you'll find it impossible to leave. The sand is like powder, but the real star is the beautiful water. It's the most stunning, calm, and clear turquoise you will ever see. There is no doubt about it, this is one of the best beaches in the world. A perfect five-star experience every time!

Kailua Beach is our favorite location on the island and this is our third trip to Hawaii and we always hire a car so we can go to Kailua most days. The Kailua town Centre is beautiful as well and offers all sorts of food options.

Beautiful park plenty of birds, good shadow to park as well as to share a picnic time. Nice beach, too strong to get in the water.

This is a busy beach side town. Easily access to the beach, via car or public transport bus#67 from downtown Honolulu.
The beach is ok, white sand, miles long coastline.
