Great bourbon selection, great prices, and the best customer service on Island. Best Buffalo Trace Store Pick on island. The owner Dave is a stand-up guy. Sometimes I find myself just hanging out talking shop with him. Highly recommended store not just on windward side but all of Oahu!

This place is my go-to in Kailua. Has a very good inventory of whiskey on display, and in his "warehouse". Lots of homeless nearby, but he is able to get whatever you want without having to go to the other side for it all the time.
