“I have been a customer for many years using both storage and mail services. In the last 2 or 3 the family owned small business has made many improvements in their operations. The prices are affordable, no they do not have late hours or air conditioning. The current staff members and family owners do their best to accomodate their customers needs. If you become a mail customer they will honor certain requests for faxing and so forth.”
“Parking here during the day can be pretty hectic. Its in a mini strip mall with 5 or 6 other stores. Limited parking and could possibly block main road if you decide to wait for a spot”

“Expensive to print labels here--use the library copier. But I've never had any problems as so many bad reviews say? Weird. Maybe they are fine now? I've always got done whatever was needed in a timely manner and never heard anyone arguing that works there? No worries now! Most reviews are old here so try them and see for yourself. Since the FedEx pace in Kaneohe closed down, this is where all my Amazon returns go from and I've never had any problems except printing one page labels from my thumb drive is like $1.30? They charge for TIME? Expensive!”
