On Saturday April 6, 2024 The Pali Bottle Shop in Kailua called the police because I had left my wallet there, as me and Brandy were at the Aloha Pacific FCU next to Safeway. I couldn't find my driver's license and wallet, I was about to drive all the way back to Kahaluu being FAR and TIME CONSUMING, but I received a phone call saying that my wallet was found. The person who called me was a Kailua, Honolulu Police Department Officer. Officer Burrough(s) as the police can get anyone's information. He called me saying that my wallet, that made me Happy, as Brandy and Me been having a bad day so far. Brandy is just a completely innocent animal, a AKC Golden Retriever of over 11 years and I'm just about 69, and the woman who is owner, first time I seen her, so sweet and nice, her smile and personality so beautiful, as the Police said they called me police, WOW! I will need to buy them a good dinner. For anyone to go through all of this I feel is so special because nearly half the times that wallet would've been HISTORY, and so would Brandy's and my day, and life. I'm scheduled for surgery Monday and I need that wallet with my ID and my credit cards, ATM card, so many important stuff, and I had around $1500 in cash. Was an ordeal for 45 minutes until I got a phone call from Officer Burrough and what an uplifting feeling! Otherwise we would be still driving back to Home all the way to Kahaluu, and know how long that would take!! Probably an hour so much traffic, despite my inability to cope with it. THANK YOU TO THE PALI BOTTLE SHOP'S HUSBAND AND WIFE..WE APPRECIATE YOUR HONESTY AND YOUR COMMITMENT TO WHAT'S HARD TO FIND, WHICH IS HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.

Coolest shop owner. Been coming here for many years. Owner tells me a joke every time I come in lol. He is quite the jokester but he doesn't mean any harm. Just bit of a language barrier.

this guy is a rip off , I bought a pocket scale for $40 went home and opened it up, popped the batteries inside, and nothing , broken straight out of the box. I told him the situation and he told me no refunds , straight up. No returns no refunds. This guy is a worm

Sold me expired alcohol and a broken vape. I realized the drink was expired when walking out of the store. Didn’t think it mattered. I opened the vape and tested it out outside the shop clearly the owner could see me in the window and that it wasn’t working. When I walked back in to ask for another functioning vape I decided to let them know the drink was expired as well. Man just points to sign and says “All sales final. No refund or exchanges” .. so I said you’re selling expired products for profits but not allowing exchanges or refunds? He said yes. I said ok.. so what do you want me to do? He said buy another. Lol clown. I said why would I spend more money buying anything if you don’t care if it’s broken or expired? He said I can give refund but you can never come back here.. I disposed of the defunct merchandise. No need for a refund. Will never be back lol.

This is the most unethical place I've ever been to! I always get my husband his ginger Ola beers that range anywhere from $9.99 to the most expensive Which is $12.99 for a 6 pack. I went into Pali bottles and he thought I was going to use a card. I asked him last minute how much and he said $16.99! I said "that is really expensive, I don't want it anymore " he then punched in $10.65. I said "why would you over charge me like that? " he said "because I wanted to see if you would pay extra." I thought it was a sick joke. He was serious. I said "that is so messed up" he said "customers don't even know how much gets charged to their card!"

Husband and wife owned store. Great people to see every time I frequent there! Need smokes, sports paraphernalia, liquor, and other things, check Pali Bottles out!

DONT BUY ANY VAPE PRODUCTS FROM HERE. Lasts for maybe 5 puffs then dies.. They don't do refunds or even switch it outss James the owner could careless about the problems you have about his store.

James will literally put anything on the shelves if you request it. Always trying to get what's new for his customers. And always joking around :) love his wife too.
