“Im giving 4 stars only because they asked me for proof of cleaning (invoice) even though the lease stated the apt was dirty and dusty when I moved in. I turned the apt immaculately cleaned. I just don’t understand why they needed proof of cleaning if everything was better than before. I don’t think any property management should request the unit to be professionally cleaned by a cleaning company if tenants can deep clean it themselves. Luckily I own a cleaning business.Other than that, staff were always attentive and fixed all the small issues I had in the two years I was renting it.I would recommend Stott.”
