I am leaving 5 star but honestly because I didnt get any work done so I really don't know. All I know is I took my vehicle with check engine light on told them the scan said P0016 problem. They said they needed to run their own diagnosis. They did came out the same problem P0016, they charged me $143 dlls then told me they don't fix that issue. And I was at a lost for words.

RNS was recommended to me for auto repair services about four years ago. Now, I refuse to take my car anywhere else for service, despite living in town. They do everything, from regular maintenance to safety checks, and all the rest. I trust them and feel good about the price for their services. They're also very communicative, which I appreciate. Most recently, I had a near critical failure of my vehicle that could've resulted in a terrible accident. The mechanic brought me in to look at what was wrong and explained how lucky I was to have made it into the shop that day. Thank you RNS!!

These guys rock! 10/10. Had a super weird problem with my BMW and they diagnosed it and repaired it in one day and had me back out on the road. Great customer service and fair prices.

My cousin recently passed so I flew to Hawaii to help out her mother, my aunt. While using my cousin's car, some lights blinked saying that the car needed service. My sister strongly recommended RNS, her family's go-to for any and all car repairs. I explained the situation to RNS and although they were fully booked on that day, let me bring in the car immediately. They conducted a thorough inspection and recommended some minor repairs which they made promptly after I approved them. A bonus: they were also able to complete the requisite Safety Inspection which was great since the sticker was expiring in a couple of days and I had been unable to get a near-term appointment. All of the staff at RNS were incredibly nice, competent, and compassionate; and their inspection of my cousin's car gave me great peace of mind. I wish I had gotten the names of the people that helped me but I think that they were all pretty wonderful so strongly recommend RNS!

Recently had RNS diagnosis a no start issue for my 1994 GMC Yukon. They were quickly able to troubleshoot and solve the problem identifying a distributor issue. It was quickly replaced same day as my appointment. Leaving the shop they explained something’s that were outside their scope to fix due to some previous owners wiring that may be the cause but was later found a non issue and it fixed when I took possession of the car.
Thorough, knowledgeable and affordable! Would recommend to friends and family near by

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I went there 30 mins before closing, expecting to leave my tire until whenever they can fix it tomorrow. They had me in and out in 20 mins, super friendly customer service, and incredibly affordable. In a business culture where most people try to upsell you and take advantage as much as possible, they are truly a beautiful gem. If anyone from the shop is reading this, I appreciate you so much!!
