No restrooms even for children or handicapped. They would rather watch you pee on the side walk. If your children have to pee, options are pee your pants or cross 4 lanes of traffic and go to McDonalds.

The store has pretty good deals, and a lot of nice things. The workers are really nice but the manager is really mean and just rude. She has a bad attitude.

In all my life, I've never seen better prices in a thrift store than I've seen in Kailua, mostly second hand products, but carry a lot of new products , still in the box, at that same low second hand product prices. It's amazing!

Do not buy in this store or donate, they are thieves, they do not check the items they sell they sell it broken ? they don’t accept returns or exchange, everything is pricy, let this store close for good! We don’t need this kind of Bussiness go to any goodwill so much better! Forget this!

Went in tonight and was super excited to have found a Coach Vintage Bag. To my dismay the manager or supervisor on duty tried to sell me the bag for $49.99 , I clearly told the employee that there was a tag for $14.99 and she even motioned to give me that price until she had to double check with the manager on it. The bag was not even in the best condition with few black marks on it, I just felt as if they just wanted to reprice it due to their mistake on pricing. Kinda rude if you ask me. I obviously had to pass on it. I love this place to shop, however their pricing is way off compared to the other locations. I highly advise to make sure when you pick up something you love , double check if there is a price tag. Also, $200+ for a fake Gucci… get outta town here people!! I’ve spotted so many fakes at that location, even the mannequins are ready to walk out that door !

They tried to blame it on another customer for removing the tag and trying to steal it , which was there excuse. Kinda rude if you ask me. Seems as if the probably wanted to buy it for themselves since they were so intrigued by it. I obviously had to pass on it. This isn't just a store. For those who grew up in Kailua its a place where friendships are born, where dreams come true, and where the sky is the limit for what you can find. It's shopping perfection.

First time here and what a selection! Lots of very nice clothes in good condition! I needed to pick up a shirt for tennis since I forgot to bring one and they had some that were $3! I got a Nike Drifit shirt and it was bright pink, one of my favorite colors. Well lit, lots of parking in the front, cashier was nice and pretty fast, didn't smell like old clothes inside, dressing rooms. Will come back if I ever am in the area again and need a quick find!

Glad these thrift stores exist and thankful for the helpful people who staff them This store is large and has a large variety of items from clothes to furniture and kitchen vessels. Although I didn't find the size of kitchenette table I was looking for, I did find a very reasonably priced sturdy wood bedside table.

I was disappointed in the womens clothing section in your Kailua store. It makes no sense to have clothes arranged by color instead of by size. I gave up trying to find anything that would fit me. Poor design if you want sales.

2nd time at this location & it doesn't disappoint. Love coming here, great deals and selection at such a good price. Lots of everything, even furniture. Staff could share a smile more often but other than that its great.*Tip: keep your cart close to you. There was a lady looking at an item in my cart, when I politely told her it was my cart she scoffed and said, "you should keep your cart closer to you. Its like its the workers who are putting things out." She was so rude and I was only a few feet away from my cart. Also, the workers carts are black not red like the customer carts.
