Super accommodating. We bought a high end mattress that after several weeks of sleeping on it ended up being a bit too firm. Their “comfort exchange” policy allowed us to trade it for a medium at no cost. The process was quick and seamless. The only drawback was having to wait 6-8 weeks for delivery because the mattress we wanted was not in stock.

Richard was great to work with as all our transactions were done online and via phone. I live in California and we were preparing to stay in our “empty” retirement home in Kailua-Kona. We needed a bed delivered at a certain date. Richard worked quickly to confirm that they had the mattress we wanted; it was in stock and it was available for delivery. Our bed was delivered on the date promised. And we couldn’t have been more pleased!Jump forward to two days into our stay at the house, we get an impromptu guest coming the following week!! Slumberland comes to the rescue with the excellent assistance from Lisa. Again, all business done over the phone. She worked her magic to get us another mattress delivered within a weeks time for that first visitor. I guess we should be getting used to houseguests!Thank you Richard and Lisa!
