Staff are nice, nice things in store- but they wouldn’t refund me on a brand new purchase that I made less than an hour before. I’ve spent tons of money here in the past, but never again. All their stuff can be found (for cheaper) at other boutiques and shops around the island like T&C, Urban Outfitters, Free People and Aloha Collection. If they would’ve just been understanding, I would never have written this. Once they make their return policy a little more understanding, I’ll remove this.

I absolutely LOVE Splash!! Growing up in Kailua, my friends and I have shopped here since our high school days. We never leave empty-handed. I went in last week for a new pair of Rainbows and ended up leaving with two new Aloha Collect bags (my favorite!!) and a SUPER cute pair of earrings. The girls are also super helpful and sweet. I recommend this store to everyone!!!

I couldn't believe when I walked in and the girl working told me they actually had size 15 slippahs for men! Got my first pair of OluKai and they're cherry.

I originally wandered into this cute shop on a Saturday morning while I was waiting for my breakfast from l the restaurant next door. I was so surprised to see some of my favorite brands like Vuori, Aloha Collection and Free People! I recently moved to Kailua and now it's one of my favorite places to pop into every week. They even text me when new shipments come in which I love, and they're always posting new arrivals on their IG stories. The girls are super sweet to my son and I. Fave spot in Kailua!

Recently retired to Lanikai. Bought a pair of sandals and a couple of days later attempted to exchange them! In perfect shape! Goodness, I love shoes and you all would not exchange them for a pair that fit better! My mother owned 3 stores in Calif so I know the importance of return business.. I could have become a regular and now, I will have nothing good to ever say about your store. As the old saying goes, Pennywise, pound Foolish. Unbelievable.Marci Ronka

cute stuff, but damn customer service sucks! i live in kailua and have come here on a few occasions, and each time there was no greeting and any conversation with the sales rep was so dry. on our first visit, my daughter left her doll in the dressing room. we left, realized, came back and asked the rep if we left the doll. she had JUST come out of the dressing room, and said "no, i didn't see anything." we went into the same dressing room... doll was there. the rep clearly wasn't paying any attention. most recent visit, my kids were playing with the sunglasses (sorry!) and instead of politely asking us to have them stop, we were demanded they stop and met with rolling eyes.based on social media, you would think the shop would be manned by friendly sales reps... but nope! LACKING! not coming back.

Very bad costumer service. Will not come back again. Bought kids slippers for $50, four weeks ago and they are completely falling apart. No exchange or score credit, managers answers, sorry nothing we can do.

I stopped by one afternoon and was greeted with a warm welcome! I was surprised to see them carry a large selection of high quality brands like Aloha, Olukai, and Vuori. They have a variety of items from hair clips to beach bags, bikinis, and slippers. I ended up purchasing some really soft and comfy Vouri clothing. Great place to shop if you're looking for a gift for someone!

Always my first stop once I get to Kailua!! The girls are super friendly and helpful when needing a different size or color and picking out jewelry. Their baseball caps are an all time fave. Love this store!
