I felt so much Aloha in Hawaii until I walked into this place. The lady in theire gives off so much negative energy emissions from her auric field. Unhealthy vibes, very messy place. Very unorganized, I talk to many store owners/business owners all over Oahu and the lady in this print shop had the absolute worst attitude I have ever ran into in my entire life in Hawaii. Also place smells like dead rats. -10 stars (negative 10 stars)

I just wanted to provide an update. I haven't had any printing needs for awhile. Our mom recently passed away and Alice printed thank you cards for our friends and family who offered condolences. She remains an excellent collaborative and creative designer and is so patient, helpful and efficient. The prices are reasonable, the service is quick and she can come up with beautiful words to express your thoughts.

I can't thank Alice at Thunder Graphics enough for her help with my Mother's Funeral Program and Thank You cards. I needed the programs and the thank you cards printed and Alice did a phenomenal job. The programs and cards turned out beautifully, printed on quality paper and completed sooner than I was quoted. I highly recommend this local company for your printing needs. They do great, efficient work at a very reasonable cost.

Will unfortunately need to keep looking for a local printing business. :( Lady that answered the phone was short and not helpful. Also, when asked when they closed on the day I called, she replied, "I don't know, I might leave early." Told me to send an email. Days later, no email response. So my rating is not based on their services, but on their customer service. Having owned a small business, I feel client service is paramount.

- [ ] We recently had to order sympathy thank you cards in appreciation of all those whom provided support and kindness to our family due to the death of our father. It was a difficult task and Alice at Thunder Graphics and Printing couldn’t have been more helpful or had more patience with the multiple questions and requests for examples. She not only provided a tremendous amount of expertise in the design and layout of the card but also various ways to appropriately express the family’s sincerity. The result was a wonderful artistic presentation of our gratitude and words that were thoughtfully put together. From my first contact with Thunder Graphics and Printing to picking up the finished product, they were exceptional. They were always extremely efficient, and had reasonable prices and excellent customer service. This is the best printing service I have ever used! Thank you Thunder Graphics and Printing, especially lovely Alice!
