UFC’s DUT and boxing class is so great and keeps me accountable. But now.. along with that, I’m going to Coach NIKKI’s semi-private BOOTY SCULPTING 90 day class and it’s amazing! She helps your form every step of the way and the class is small enough so she can watch and improve your form. Great attention to detail, high reps, and before and after pics to see your progress at the end of the 3 month class. She’s so strong and motivating!

I just did stretch recovery with Coach Nikki. I’m totally going to join her stretch recovery sessions, and she is helping me get my splits. Highly recommend.

Kelly Lovett's BODYPUMP classes at UFC Kailua are a must-try! Her Wednesday evening classes are energizing and motivating, suitable for all fitness levels. The gym is clean and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a motivating experience. Don't miss out!

Today I worked out with coach Nikki and she was amazing. Nikki understood my needs and came up with a routine that would heal me and make me stronger. I highly recommend her

I have been training with Coach Kiana Blankenfeld (@surfmama_kiana) for the last year and it/she has been life changing for me! She has built my confidence in the gym like no other Coach. She's accountable, motivating, organized, dedicated, and just a straight up bada$$ human being. She treats the gym as if it's her own. Organizing what's already there, bringing in new equipment, along with unique classes (like her Surfset class - I've never seen that at another gym). If you are looking for a Coach, consider this your sign. All of my friends I've sent her way feel exactly the same as I do! She is able to meet you where you are at and then guide you to where you want to be, at a reasonable yet challenging pace. I feel like a different person and am eager for what's to come by working with Coach Kiana.

The best gym in this part of Oahu. I only wish to have better air conditioning / ventilation in the gym.

I had the pleasure of working with coach Joleen at the end of 2022 for a series of PT sessions. Joleen was super knowledgable, answered my (many) questions to help me understand various elements and improve my training. Being a new mom, having Joleen's support to design training sessions to help me re-build my core strength was invaluable! Joleen was great at pushing me to do things I wouldn't have thought I could do otherwise, while also being understanding when I truly hit my limits. I only wish I could have worked with Joleen for longer before we moved off island! Thank you Coach Joleen for all of your support and encouragement :D

Sadly I had to climb the stairs but not to work out , to cancel my membership because I was diagnosed with cancer , I had been a member for years . So this day I went to cancel and two gentlemen working told me they couldn’t help me because “ they’re understaffed and everything is now done online “ . So what is the purpose of you being here ? I wasn’t told to go online when UFC was taking my money to join . I was brushed off because I look the part of a cancer patient and not the epitome of shining health anymore. Poor staff etiquette ?

My family and I are staying in Kailua for the summer. We stayed for a month in 2021 and I joined this UFC gym for the month. A few days ago, I visited the gym to sign up my family for a month or two. The salesperson told me that it would be $375/mo for 3 of us. I explained to her that this seemed high for this type of gym. she said "It doesn't matter to me if you sign up or not", so I didn't. We joined a different gym for the summer. As a serial entrepreneur, I can only imagine how much $$$ this salesperson's attitude is costing this business.

In Oct of 22, I had a herniated disc injury that caused a pinched nerve affecting my left leg. I spent most of Oct and Nov on my back or dragging my leg around with a walker. In late Jan 23, I joined UFC Kailua and worked weekly with Mike and Kekoa as personal trainers and also had a couple consultations with the UFC Physical Therapist Lisa. They were all very professional, patient and knowlegable and they taught me how to do safe exercises at home and in the gym starting from a beginner level. I had a lot of areas needing correction due to decades of incorrect movement when walking, sitting, bending, lifting etc. Even though I had never used a gym in my adult life, In just a 2 1/2 month period working with them, my posture improved, I gained strength, started rebuilding inactive muscles, learned correct movement and technique, and my back and leg pain went away! The result was that I was able to enjoy hiking, snorkeling and playing with the grandkids again. I am confident that the things they taught me will also help prevent future injuries by taking pressure off my knees, hips, back due to improved posture and movement.

I think it’s a pretty awesome place it’s clean lotta energy and pretty decent equipment for sure. I wish that they had more diversity in group fitness around 11-1.

Nice place. Clean and plenty of equipment. The only downside is no sauna or steam room.

*Read this before you join*Ufc gym Kailua has no moral compass when it comes to money. In 2021 I provided a deployment verification letter which I was assured by Robert Serrano that my membership would be frozen for the duration of my deployment. Fast forward mid deployment I noticed they had been charging me for every month. Unable to contact management who seems to only work when it is convenient to them, I was forced to pay my monthly bill. Fast forward again, I get orders to change duty stations. I try talking to management every time I went to go work out and they were no where to be found. Now ufc gym graciously blows my phone up about past due payments. Unable to contact them due to training exercises I called them as soon as I could. They want me to pay the full bill and neglect to take any responsibility for their actions and just want as much money as they can scrounge around for.Overall, horrible management and total neglect for respecting customers.

You are paying a premium vs other gyms... But basic things are missing.- 1 EZ curl bar for the entire gym- so few benches that you are always waiting- far too much cardio equipment that takes up floor space for everything else. I have never waited for a treadmill, stair machine, bike, or elliptical... but I ALWAYS have to wait for a bench, free weights, and machines. Reallocate space and buy more weight equipment.- No saunaAll you need to do is look at where people are and what they are using and it's easy to see that equipment and money are misallocated.
