This place kinda stinks, but not completely. The employees are nice enough. My main gripe is that on a Saturday only two of five customer service stations are manned, so working folks end up spending a lot of the precious weekend standing in line. Probably in a world where most people work Monday through Friday (and produce tax revenue so federal workers can enjoy generous benefits), foundational civil services should be postured to support the public especially well on their day off.

Keep failing to deliver my package’s and sending them back without giving a valid reason. I tried to call them to resolve the issue but no one answers the phone. Very frustrated by the experience I’ve been having with them.

Woman behind the counter is condescending, rude and unprofessional to customers. I came in to send a letter and I was met with scoffs and eye rolls because I am not entirely familiar with the process and was asking for her help. I paid, left but feel very badly after this interaction, so hopefully I won’t need to send any more letters any time soon.

Never had a good experience at this location. figured i’d leave it alone after the first couple of times. whoever helped me this time around had zero patience. when i asked for something, she replied with “it’s up to you” as if it was such a huge inconvenience(which there was literally no one in line) . it was a request, and to reply constantly to anything i said with so much sass and attitude was upsetting. you could make the argument that you don’t need to be nice as someone that works at a post office, but that doesn’t mean you can talk to another human being like that. the only thing that doesn’t make this location a total loss is i’ve heard workers be kind and helpful, but personally never got them unfortunately. if you don’t know how to be helpful without being rude, maybe move to another department with no human interaction

Great customer service! Charisse especially was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation! Ultimately resolved a frustrated package issue within minutes by locating, securing, and ensured near immediate delivery!! Best on the island! Mahalo nui!!

THE best post office experience I’ve ever had! The line was 10 people long but moved so quickly I barely noticed. There were four stations open on a Saturday morning and very single employee was so nice, so helpful and extremely efficient.

Mail persons are lazy, and difficult to track down when mistakes are made. There seem to always be issues with packages being delivered to proper address, and when called staff are dismissive. Maybe bad apples in the bunch but it’s a trend.

Went to have a package shipped. Was told they won't tape the label nor had tape to only watch them tape the lady behind me. RIDICULOUS
