It's wild they care more about the Amazon parking stalls more than the handicap spaces I was heading to UFC gym through the parking lot. What do I see a truck and a Tesla parking in the handicap parking no badges on the plates or on the review mirror. But the Amazon parking empty. Whole Foods making up there own rules

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the store. Hot food bar could have had more items offered. Have the slots are empty and no white rice this particular day! Otherwise the hot food bar tastes as expected

I was in the Whole Foods Market looking for a digestive enzyme that contained Ox Bile. I had called several stores and no one had this ingredient. It’s what I needed account I have had my gallbladder removed and this really helps with digestion. I was distressed and highly uncomfortable. I looked and looked and then gave up. As I was standing in line to pay for other products the employee that was helping me came up to me with a bottle that contained the Ox Bile, 365 Whole Foods Market Daily Digestive. Saved my whole vacation. Thank you for your diligence Frances Setesak and Anita Lusk. I may have spelled their names wrong and I apologize for that. They truly went above and beyond.

Another poor experience with an Amazon return today. Myself and another customer in line waited patiently until we had been standing for far too long as many employees walked by and didn't ask if we needed help or even say "I'll grab someone for you" I had to call the store, while waiting in the store, to ask for someone to come help myself and the other customer. On top of that I watched more people being spoken to rudely and abruptly in the shopping lines. How hard is it to be nice? When I was finally helped the young man first walked by the counter to finish up his conversation with another employee. Then came over to the desk and just waved me over, not a hello, hi, how are you? I understand the Amazon returns at Whole Foods is a perk & doing us all a huge favor, but that doesn't mean you just ignore customers & again treat everyone with such rudeness.

I went to the bakery since it was my nieces birthday. She likes the cakes. But her husband already bought it. So while there, I picked up some tarts and mini cheesecakes to take back home and tey...OMGEEE if you love lemon squares you will love the lemon tarts. I also had the chocolate and salted Caramel cheesecake. They were both good. But I loved the salted Caramel as is melted like a buttery cheesecake in my mouth...yummy!

Awful customer service!! Stood in the Amazon rerun line for 15 minutes and kept looking at the cashier across the way to see if she could flag somebody down to come help me. She kept telling me they didn't have anyone available (hinting that I should come back another time). I drove from Kapolei for this return heck if I am coming back to do this. After finally getting on her radio and getting someone to help me, the lady who came up to help me the first thing she says is "next time you need to stand at that green dot and wait", which is 10 ft back and hidden behind the shelf. I told her I've been waiting for 20 minutes and that no one would see me if I stood there. She then says "well Amazon returns aren't our priority". So rude!!!

This store has gotten worse & worse over the course of 2023. Shelves are constantly empty - produce looks old- same story every time the last few months - we have had a really busy few days. It's harder & harder to get help. The lines are ridiculous- there's only ever 2 lines open now. I'll be driving to kakaako from now on. So disappointed

This review is about the Whole Food Market bar which has an amazing selection of local craft beers. Unfortunately, I'm not a Beer Drinker but they make a strong Jack and Coke which I was a fan of. On Fridays they have a dozen oysters for 15 bucks. There's daily specials like a taco Tuesday or beer and tacos but I had the chicken strips and fries for $14. They were delicious and a huge serving so I had to take some home. A huge trick is that anything you buy in the store can be consumed that the bar so feel free to check out the grab-and-go sushi or hot or cold food section like pizza or tapas or even oysters from the seafood counter which will freshly shuck your oysters and you can eat them right at the bar with a glass of wine. This is definitely a hidden diamond in Kailua and strongly recommended. I can't wait to go back even though I'm a townie and it's a bit of a drive.

If you're looking for a pau hana, happy hour spot, this is the place! Where can you get a complete meal with beer or wine included for$14.00? Best value on the Windward side with excellent bar service, sports on TV and conversation with new friends.

This store continues to go down hill, while time waiting in line goes up (20+ people in line at 430PM and 3 registers open, seriously?). The freezer section is horribly in need of defrosting and poorly stocked, I haven't seen many products in over 2 months. The produce is lacking and shockingly more and more expensive. Many common food items such as even bread is weekly out of stock. Who ever is in charge of inventory is in need of review. The town and Kahala Whole Foods are miles better, the management here must be terrible. Very sad, corporate please help. One star because this is Whole Foods, you folks are paid to be exceptional - this is inexcusable.

Stopped by the Whole Foods in Kailua in late April 2023 and happily found they have a good selection of poke available. At the time, the scoop it yourself option was $13.98/lb and we wound up trying the shoyu ahi, spicy tuna (which was very spicy) and the inamona (toasted crushed kukui nut) ahi.Think this fell into the middle of the pack in terms of the different poke places we tried on this trip.
