“LOVE this place! Everyone is warm and friendly when they greet you and they have the cutest clothing, accessories....AND plants! Who knew? But I actually ended up purchasing a plant from here. Supporting the local business whether it is less expensive at a big box store or not. Though the pricing on the plant and pot were very reasonable to say the least! I went in looking at one style of clothing...but seeing as I put on some weight in the past 2 years, I needed some help with styling. I forgot to ask the name of the gal that was helping me....she had blonde hair and was working on a week ago Friday. She showed me a pair of Vermilli Hawaii shorts...local designer from Haleiwa. SOOOOO cute...I'm a fan! Also purchased a surf suit from Seea. A one piece that has sleeves and is a bit more sturdy than your standard swimsuit. Super cute....hides my parts well and will be great for surfing when it's a bit chilly....hardly ever. I had stopped into another boutique (Blue Lani) just before here and was NOT impressed by either the customer service (0/5 stars) nor their clothing. Betty X Joe is by far my recommendation while shopping around Kailua town. It's a bit off the beaten path for tourists, but for us locals, it's my new go-to boutique and I will refer all my AirBnB clients here as well!”

“Do you dream of having a vacation cottage with a beachy Hawaiian theme with a touch vintage flare...well Muse Kailua has that in the tiniest shop in Kailua. As a shell lover there was so much here that I loved that I've never seen anywhere else. Everything from clothing to jewelry, accessories, cards, trinkets and the cutest decor. I fell in love with a whale plate but went with a cup which can double as a bowl that I plan to use as a gift for a whale lover...gosh it's so cute!!! I absolutely love finding this somewhat hidden gem that's filled with so much selective treasures with the loveliest staff so patient and kind to compliment every choice you make. “Many tourists buy T-shirts with Honolulu written on them at Waikiki stores... but if you come to Hawaii, you must buy a T-shirt with Hawaii written on them. If you have time, be sure to visit this store. It's like a local shopping mall, so it's great for a quick bite to eat.”

“They sell cute clothing and jewelry. This is one store that I would definitely purchase from. The clothes in this store all seem to be neutral tones, just my style. I love to wear beiges, white and cream color clothing. I saw this top that I wanted to get. It was white with green flowers on it. It was so nice. It was $54, so not that bad. They also have good sales. They have a 20% off sale rack near the door. Most of the women coming in the store stopped by the rack to take a look.”
