Today was my second class and I loved it even more than the first!! I got wrapped up in the storytelling about Hanuman and Ram and the whole hour just flew by. I feel so light and stretched out after a class here. ❤️

My home away from home. I’ve done 6 classes now here with four different teachers. The quality of instruction is super high.Strong modeling with excellent voiceover maximize the meditative and exercise elements of yoga. Just couldn’t be happier with practicing here while in Kailua.
We are a rooftop, open air yoga studio, retail boutique and plant based cafe overlooking the mountains in Kailua. We offer a variety of yoga classes including Power Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga and more.
All adult classes (except aerial) are held outdoors on our lanai!
Kids classes are held on Saturday and Sunday at 9am - at the same time as our adult class so kids and parents can take class at the same time.
