CorePower Yoga in Kailua offers a physically intense workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. The studio is in a good location, next to everything in Kailua, and the facility is very clean, well-kept, and sanitized. The vibe is chill, welcoming, and non-judgmental, with happy, good energy people, though some note it is not super friendly and gives off a vibe of people on a mission to workout and go.
The instructors and staff are frequently highlighted as what makes the studio amazing, with many described as having motivating energy and being good, great, or amazing. Class availability is a favorite part for many, with so many time options, including early morning classes that provide a fantastic morning workout. The heated room feels wonderful. Music is upbeat, though the core section and music vary by instructor, with some being better than others.
Classes flow quickly, sometimes too quickly to fully get into a pose, but this allows for more cardio. The studio offers a free trial week, which many appreciate. The monthly membership is viewed as very fair and reasonable for what is provided. Overall, it is considered a special, awesome operation and a perfect studio, worth the money for a good yoga spot.
Souns system for instructor is awful, screechy, scratchy, mostly not audible, irritating and frustrating at Kaila studio. Otherwise staff and instructors are all outstanding! Its too bad and tgey admit they have asked for it to be upgraded and management has denied.

Ive take a few classes here, most Ive loved, except for one. My best class by far was with Kristeen Duf! She gives amazing support and asks for feedback.

I liked the instructors a lot here. I was new to yoga and I only did the trial week here before I PCS'd away. I am tryed out a yoga studio near me in the bay area and it's not the same... :l I didn't know this place was special.
