The ribeye steaks we picked up were hands-down some of the best I’ve ever cooked — thick, beautifully marbled, clean-tasting, and unbelievably tender. When you buy here, you truly know where your meat comes from, and you can taste the difference in every bite.

Their grass-fed, locally raised beef has incredible flavor and grills up perfectly. The fat cap rendered beautifully, the char was intense, and the inside stayed a perfect medium-rare. Everyone at the table said it was one of the best steaks they’ve had in years.
