Joseph and Kioni removed and replaced a priceless stained glass window at our church on Maui. They also designed and installed a plexiglass system to protect it. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I give them 10 stars if Google would let me! Thank you Joseph and your team!

We had what can only be described as a 1st rate experience. Home remodeling/construction can be one of the most unsettling things to happen in your home while you are living there.3-Fold Craftsman felt like they were family, minimally invasive, cleaned up perfectly everyday. They explained what would happen everyday, and at the end of the day they reported back the same way.They had and continue to have our utmost confidence. What is even more pleasing, is the quality of the work they performed, which we feel will be with us for decades.Mahalo #-Fold Craftsman.

Joseph Sanchez and his crew replaced all the windows in our house over a period of 2 days. Joseph oversaw the project and kept everyone (including himself) engaged and working smoothly. They were incredibly efficient , amicable, and professional, and worked well together. At the end of each day they meticulously cleaned up, vacuuming and either throwing the trash in the garbage cans or taking the refuse with them. The quality of their work was superb. I am only sorry that I don't live on Oahu so I could have the benefit of their work for other projects. I would absolutely use them again if I could.

From beginning to end 3-Fold Craftsman Construction was a pleasure to deal with. Joseph responded right away, was proactive and helpful in planning for the repairs of the wind and rain damage to the outside of the house. He detected some mold and recommended remediation with their own solution, and it worked wonders. The entire crew was skilled, took pride in workmanship, worked hard, was very punctual, kind, considerate, and responsive. They cleaned up every night and left the place immaculate. We are very impressed, and grateful for a job very well done. Joseph and his crew delivered high quality service and work in every aspect of this job. Mahalo!

We had deteriorating grout surrounding our pool coping and weeds growing up through the sides.. Joseph suggested using this special liquid to address the mildew and patched the grout and silicone d the entire outline of the pool to prevent the weeds from growing through. It was a tedious job but Keoni and another worker worked steadily to get it done. They never left a mess and Joseph was a pleasure to work with.

They produced superb work and results with our project, they were very personable and fun to interact with, and I could tell they cared about the work they were doing. I had several things I needed done.... Putting up paintings, floating shelves, large mirror and installing brackets for a rod in my sons closet. Jeremiah was great! He was prompt in responding, gave me a reasonable estimate, showed up on time, and did great work. I needed him to cut the closet rods so he went back to his place and came back with the cutter. He didn't charge me extra and he was very meticulous with his work. Always checked with me before he did something. If you're looking for a hardworking dependable handyman , Jeremiah is the one!

I cannot recommend Joseph and 3-fold Construction highly enough. Joseph and his team are incredibly professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work and craftsmanship. We were so impressed from the level of care they took in installing new skylights to our home. Everyone involved made the experience so easy and effortless. We found them to be Incredibly diligent in their work and having done many renovations over the years I can honestly say you could not be in better hands. They protected furniture, rugs, pictures, etc... from any dust or debris and cleaned it all up at the end of the day. Again 100% attention to detail. 3-Fold Craftsman Construction gets 5 STARS!

This is the best group of craftsmen that I have EVER hired. Their skill and professionalism is far superior to any other construction firm I have ever hired for any reason.Solutions to unforeseen issues were plentiful and the fix was executed immediately. Joseph was on site for the entire 3.5 weeks they were bringing our home back to as perfect as it can be.Every day there was a thorough cleaning of the areas under construction (we were living in the house during construction) and all trash and debris were contained and removed as necessary during the entire process. The entire team is a well oiled machine that demonstrates what teamwork is all about. They are true Olympians in the world of construction. and any customer would be privileged to have them do their job. Definitely recommend!

Our windows were broken and they were fixed within the week by Mountain To Sea Construction. Our windows are very old and very few companies were able to complete the service. Luckily we found Mountain To Sea Construction who offered the best rate! We will be using this company for future projects as well. Highly reccomend.

Whatever your mold remediation, home repair, refurbishment, painting or construction needs, this company is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!!Communication, follow-through, efficiency, cost-effective options offered and DAILY thorough clean-up of work areas allowed me to stay sane while living in my home, as work was necessary after 40+ years of Kaneohe weather and updates needed. Joseph and his team went the extra mile in so many instances!
