Stopped by their office this afternoon to inquire about their service. Immediately got the cold shoulder from a masked woman at the front door with "we're not taking any new clients". Asked about referrals, only to get the same - no, we don't know of anyone. Not very friendly or approachable. I stopped by because of the favorable reviews. But, my first and only impression tells me It's probably good they're not taking any new clients!

A great team of CPA professionals that also care about each other, and they will watch out for you and answer questions patiently. They do an amazing and accurate job year after year, and month after month if you are a retail biz. Reasonably priced services and very kind people.

UNSURE, MAYBE I'M WRONG, BUT HOPE I AM BECAUSE I WOULD RATHER NOT BE UNHAPPY WITH ANYONE, AND ALTHOUGH TERRY HIMSELF WAS NOT MY ACCOUNTANT, HE DID SPEND TIME WITH ME ON THE PHONE, JUST THAT I AM NOT THAT RICH FOR NEEDING $13,500 (but yesterday Sept 16, Wed morning, ended with paying out over $14,000) PAY TAXES AS HE DID TRY TO EXPLAIN WHAT I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BUT APPRECIATE HIS KNOWLEDGE AND TIME, and as far as the IRS is concerned, I guess that's just how they get anything with their paws on, and at Terry T*****'s place, they're all great people. The IRS, and it's people for you, not all but many, just wanting to take, as my Mom just GAVE! But nobody really appreciates her, only at that moment, as what's worse, TAXES or PEOPLE? Toss up! And is it part of a CPA'S job description to help us better understand the tax system? The BOSS there, and our accountant certainly tries to help me better understand but I think they know that I wasn't eager to learn but I am now but was hard outside in the hallway being very hot, as why despite Corona **virus, I was not invited in, and (Lila) doesn't recall anyone else except those that works there gaining entrance, as I seen an elderly couple walk in, apparently I was lied to, as I met Eileen and Kendall M****** from Kahuku and said was their 1st time and seen the boss himself Terry T*****!... Terry Tamura has been doing my parents taxes for years! When my father passed away and my mom got sick.... I had to take over! I don't know what I would have done without his help and patience! I was so happy with his customer service and knowledge! I now have him doing my taxes and I live In California!! Thank you Terry Tamura... you are the best!

Second time I've done my tax returns with Terry. This time it was done all via mail so that I didn't have to make the trip to Kaneohe. His staff was always friendly and happy to answer questions. My taxes were done quickly and I am expecting a nice return. Definitely will be back again next year.

I know that Norman S. Is a certified public accountant, CPA, as I do know that it takes definitely much more education. I don't understand still, why I need to pay so much? Maybe with my, whatever assets I own, I wondered if a regular accountant would easily have been able to do my taxes? After I talk to Norman again, I guess that maybe I am not understanding, just that I don't ever remember having paid or needing to pay so much within the next 3 weeks, then after that, more and more, that's December or around there, and a month or two after again? (my only way of possibly sending a message, as I was happy I made it to his office, but looking at that front page where highlighted, that's way too much. Maybe I am wrong, but I do need to talk to him. Just wondered if let's say, H & R Block, would they easily handle my taxes? to be edited after I talk to him sometimes this upcoming week. Thanks

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mr. Tamura and his staff and will definitely utilize him again in the future. He was very kind and accessible, and I felt like he really cared about me as an individual. He listened to me, explained everything carefully, and was very giving of his time and expertise. I cannot thank him enough except to recommend him highly to others!

Wow! Mr Terry Tamura is the best CPA with wisdom And heart of gold! I was confused with many people's scary stories, but he solved the problem with his knowledge. I am free from fear because of him! I have found the best CPA in this world! His kindness is awesome, I am so blessed!
