“⭐Roy and his TEAM there, there's nothing else to say, except exceptional excellence in this field of Body and Fender Engineering Specialists, where you can be happy to get fitted into their scheduling, with that Roy and his crew there on Alaloa really doesn't need more work. But I am lucky enough to have them do the body and fender work on my Tacoma, and possibly my Toyota Avalon Limited, both are of supposed to be exceptional, and not too many on the roads in this clustered island as I wanted to keep it like how it was after Auto Body Engineering Specialists finished it last year, but after being broadsided by an idiot couple, just 2 Wednesdays ago, today, being March 19, Tuesday 2024 there's significant damages, what's worse that other immigrants'' vehicle ran a Stop sign, the rest is history, as this is about Roy's Auto Body Engineering and Specialists, not about anything else! They do the most professional work than any other as many would agree with me. Will add my photos later, always late! Today Sept 23, 2024 I was about to add couple of pictures. Need to go to Maps, no time now. Frustrating can't see what I'm doing. If you're able to have them do yours consider yourself Lucky! “O’Reilly Kaneohe has one of THE BEST employee I have ever encountered. His name is Pukana Aloha. Such a nice, very pleasant and while still being professional, young man. He went out of his way to help me check my oil level in my Truck. Anytime a light or message comes on I get nervous and my mind races. I can’t focus cause I feel like it’s gonna fall off the wheels unless it gets fixed right away. Whomever his parents are..I’d like to say you must be so very proud of him. OUTSTANDING JOB to them. Just by speaking to him in that little time frame, there was nothing but empathy, and compassion and the willingness to teach and advise about other options that I could do. Mind you he was helping 2 of us at the same time. Multitasking skills too!

To the management at O’Reilly Kaneohe, Mahalo for great training ESPECIALLY in the customer service dept. All the workers were so patient and kind, their tone to each other was soft and not yelling or shouting, but respectful to each other, but this young man stood out. I appreciate the great care that he has shown me. It felt like I was talking to a good friend instead of someone wanting to get me in and get me out. Thank you again Pukana Aloha. You have no idea how truly grateful and lucky I feel that I just so happen to get you on the phone to answer my questions this afternoon.

I hope people stop by and stand back and watch you while you help other customers. They will see exactly what I am talking about, and be just as impressed as I still am.

“Excellent job of replacing and painting the scrapped bottom side panel of my Toyota Prius Prime. The free quote was reasonable. Their text message updates and their online tracking system allowed me to track the repair progress! Mahalo to Travis for handling the estimate and Kehau for handling the paperwork and keeping me posted. Mahalo to the technicians that did the work! The work was completed in 2 days earlier than the estimated 3 days.”

“Another shop painted the half front of my car a flat silver after a bumper replacement, blending it into fenders/hood/doors. Gerber Collision took it back in to do the job proper and returned it to very close to factory condition. I can’t see any tells that this car was in an accident anymore, when before it was very obvious. First photo is before.”
