If I was able to give Boost a 0 Star instead of a single star I would. Boost has Custoner Service by way of at home People from the Philippines. I was lied to and had my insurance canceled. when I needed to use my insurance. A Rip off Bad Boogey Company. I'm switching to Mint Mobile. Good Bye, Shady Mobile Dealings, and Rude Customer Service Frauds. Step into my Office Boost, You're Fired. Now Git. I said GIT!

Had to upgrade my phone to 5G network. Bought a Samsung phone online and went to Kaneohe store for help setting up new phone. Shaun and Brittany were very helpful and so friendly. Been with Boostmobile over 10 years, very happy with my plan and customer service.

If you have no credit then it is good here. You can buy a phone and pay for your time you choose usually monthly payments. If you do not make a payment then you can only receive calls or text and no internet.They have accessories also. With specials, you might be able to bundle.The service is okay.
