Buffalo Wild Wings is located inside of the Windward Mall, although you can access it via an outside entry as well. Service has sadly gone down hill over the last few years. The hostesses pay no mind to anyone waiting for a table and you usually need to grab their attention and ask for a table.The food is subpar and the meal sizes have definitely downsized recently as well while the prices have increased. The kids chicken tenders come with two tenders that can fit in the palm of your hand and a handful of fries so if your kids are hungry, I suggest ordering an adult sized chicken tenders.Unfortunately this time, and many times before, our food doesn't come out on time or together. My children polished off their meals before mine was ever served, 20 minutes after theirs. The service is pretty disappointing and I don't think we'll be back again.

i ordered take out 15 minute wait i got soggy disgusting fries not even hot its like if it was leftovers from last night and the cheese sticks taste like the ones i ate from school back then

We had nothing better to do on a Monday afternoon, so we said "you know what? Let's go to B Dub's and drop $70," so we did! We asked the hostess to seat us at a booth and we watched her recompute our request and got a table instead. Then there is Tyler, hands down the best server in the joint (no joke)!! Our order was simple; appetizer, wings and fries. App came out quick! Then our order came out, staggered. Fries were first, they must have cooked them yesterday because somehow they were limp, stale, and it was obvious they were reheated. My wife's wings came out piping hot and mine came out reheated and chewy. We have been to this location multiple times before and the food is usually better than the service. I guess you only get one here, but that's most restaurants in Kaneohe.

The atmosphere is "we deserve your money because we used to be good"Absurdly bad price to quality ratio.Takeout fee if you want to get takeout. Delivery fee if you want delivery... This place is a corporate greed machine and it's extremely apparent.$14 for 6 wings is... Not a reasonable price. Buy one get one 50% off is a hollow shell of the once glorious 25¢ Tuesdays. I get it, inflation, but what percentage of that is just greed and entitlement?Who knows.

We always sit at the bar and get good service and love the atmosphere; but it seems there is always a bit of delay in the kitchen. Wish the nachos would come out better here, but by the time we get them, the cheese on top always seems to be cold and chips are soggy/kinda gross.

The food is good. Standard wings fare. The service is always awesome and friendly. But the restaurant was unnecessarily and dangerously noisy. No games were on, so the manager had music cranked up to 80 decibels and above. This can cause damage. We had to scream at the waitress to place our order. It will cause me to think twice before going back.

Football fans were wild here, so that was cool. Service was insanely slow. I think they legit forgot our order. Took forever to get silverware. Definitely avoid if you can. We were just starving after a tour & everywhere else in the area had a wait.

Usually love this place good food good staff etc, last two times I’ve gone they’ve been severely lacking. No servers checking on customers. Placed an order for a 4:20 pickup waited 20 minutes to get it… and had to wait 10 just for someone to ask what I was there for. Never got the drink I paid for either so sadly I’m out the money for that.

This visit was great. The food was delicious although the price was steep. During 3-6, they have a happy hour menu with specials, and on certain days, you can buy 1 get half of the 2nd order wings. Call for days as I am unsure what our server said. You may also try sauces before ordering your flavor, which always helps so you don't get something you won't eat. Service was good and the atmosphere is nice. Lunch specials are available, and for all sports fans, they have tv's everywhere.

One waitress at lunch. Can’t get fried chicken in the ceaser salad. They won’t toss the tenders in hot sauce. 5 tables and we waited 30 minutes to get a drink and an appetizer. Waitress did okay but she could only do so much. This place sucks. They brought the appetizer and my dinner at the same

Unethical servers steal your change if you pay cash and still expect a tip. Food was mediocre and overpriced. TVs everywhere with various sports.

There was a wet área by the entrante and for over an hour no one dared to dry it they just placed a sign that said it was wet, service was mediocre this time, I should give another chance later.
